For whatever reason, he's untouchable. He won't serve any time, nor will he be detained. I'm not going to get into any political debates, but nobody should have the power over people that he seems to have. He surrounds himself with people who are willing to do whatever he tells them to do. When you have that power, you don't go to prison.
