doesn't matter if the gap is 2 seconds or 2 minutes. as a lapped car, you can't impede the race leader and forcing them off the racing line is considered impeding. that move was especially unnecessary considering he had a massive straight ahead of him where the Merc powered RPFI would've been flying past the Renault powered RB14.
