After the compeletion of all the infrastucture projects ongoing in Mombasa from dongu Kundu, and the link bridge from island to south coast, Mombasa gate bridge, Mombasa to malindi dual, and other transport corridors making movement easier around mombasa, also malindi to bagamoyo , the entire coast region will be a huge magnate for investment. Like you said in 5yrs will all this infra will be in place coast region will have a huge influx of people and investments. SGR was just the beginning and contrary to many a worthy investment which will act as the platform for investment easier and quicker movement from nairobi to mombasa

Well shanzu is between Mombasa and mtwapa before the bridge, being part of Mombasa metropolis, there many hotels, resorts and holiday homes real estate (rental) has not been left behind that's why people are moving away from the hustle and buzzlle to tranquility which shanzu has to offer

Thank you so much for the great video! It's very helpful! We will be visiting Mombasa with my husband and our 2-year-old son in May. I checked the hotels and indeed PrideInn Paradise looks like a fun place for kids. What worries me is that I see it's like ~45 minutes away from Mombasa city, and I wonder how easily will we be able to move around and see other things in Mombasa city? Do you think PrideInn is a good choice or is it too far away and we'll have to mostly spend our time there?
