Carb cutting is a great way to increase calories out. It’s like adding an exercise regimen without lifting a finger. Insulin blocks lipolysis and decreases metabolic rate.

If insulin is elevated, fat will remain trapped in the fat cell. Exercise or not. When we drop the carbohydrate, insulin will lower and then the fat cells will release.

@Kellytompson-b6b…😂😂I feel that the simplest reason is that they get hungrier and tired, then eat more of probably the wrong foods to reward themselves which keeps insulin higher too 😅

lol. joking aside, Truth is, it's diet. Exercise alone (without changing diet) won't benefit you in terms of weight loss. it will however, help strengthen your heart, muscles, Gut mobility (helps move things along internally) and it's even better for mental health.
