I agree with everything you have said. I did intermittent fasting and my health improved greatly along with losing weight for free. No cost. Great video. Cheers!

I use to weigh 260 got down to 175 with eating 1 meal a day and a few snacks later in the day. So i go 18 hrs without eating. Been doing it for 20 yrs and im 48 now. My doctor says all my labs are those of a 20 year old when i get a physical. Our food is to bad to eat 3 meals a day

I 110% agree. Unfortunately for now, I've fallen off the wagon. My wife falls into this other train of thought. I take a lot of grief when I fast.

I'd recommend doing it in moderation, depending on your situation, once a week is good enough for me

After to converting to Islam, I had to fast from dawn to sunset. I noticed my weights in bench press increased by 30 after 3 days in fasting in Ramadan, while lifting during fasting. i have to do it for a whole month. I never looked back. health benefits are enormous and I think doing it the Muslim way is the best. Fasting all the way.

I do the OMAD diet along with belly fat burning exercises and low impact cardio standing abs exercises Monday thru Friday. Also cut out all sugars and I have lost 36 lbs. since the end of Jan. I agree start slowly cutting out sugars maybe first, the stop snacks then breakfast then lunch too till you get to OMAD at least.

It’s just not using sugar. The fasting and “fat burning exercises” don’t do anything.

I fast from 6:00 at night to 12:00 the next morning. Eat healthy for lunch and healthy for dinner before 6:00 pm. Plenty of water, no colas or juices unless the juice is from concentrate (pulp) any other juice is liquid sugar, and exercise. At 58 I am at my 20 year old weight and energy levels. I sleep well and have plenty of energy during the day. This has been the norm for 5 years now. Couldn’t feel any better.

During a 3 day fasting is ok to still drink coffee or is it water only 🤔 Thanks love the content

Black coffee- no problem. Zero calories is true fasting.

@@scothighlander9864 any signs to be aware of that would be negative and warrant stopping during a 3 day fast. I have no health problems and this will be my first time fasting

You may feel a little weak and lightheaded but that's normal. I'd say if you pass out that could be worrisome, but I doubt that happens. It also helps condition your mind (impulse control). Just drink a lot of water. 3 days really isn't that long to go without food. I've done 5 many times. For the last 18 months l go 17-18 hrs fasting and eat 2 meals in a 6-7 hr period, every day. And honestly l often have to force myself to eat that first meal. Your body acclimates to no food. I'm 58 and have never felt better.
