A bit late, but the problem with the scroll wheel is actually that the black rubber doesn't perfectly stick to the wheel itself. You can lift it up with your fingernail easily and glue it on properly if it bugs you that much, but yeah, they should fix it.

That company has amazing customer support. I had the old cable on my old o- and the cable broke because of normal use and after them only asking for a simple video of the problem they send me a new cable of choice with no delivery cost for free. I own the Model D now.

I picked up the Model D a couple days ago to replace the G502 that I had been using previously. The Model D is leaps and bounds better IMO than the G502. I absolutely love this mouse. I do not experience those problems mentioned with the scroll wheel. I started recommending this mouse to all my friends after using it for a couple hours. In my experience with the G502, I found that after a couple hours of gaming, my hand would get a little cramped because it didn't fit me very well. Since today is thanksgiving, and I live away from my family (wasn't able to have dinner with them) I've been gaming pretty much the whole day today and my hand feels amazing. BUY. THIS. MOUSE.

I completely agree.I went from Logitech G102 Prodigy to G502 Spectrum and immediately noticed i could not aim nearly as well even with DPI set to 2400 on G502 instead of 1600 DPI on G102.So i sold my G502 and bought another G102 cause previous one had double clicking issue.

That 502 you came from is a ridiculous brick. I bought one a few years back when it was being hyped up, and have never been more disappointed with a mouse. The o has been fantastic upgrade from the kones that i have been using for years.

They're not bad, but the shape isn't for everyone. I tried the Model O, Model D, Xtrfy M4, G Wolves Skoll, Deathadder Ellie, G403 and G703. All decent, but my real endgame has been the Cooler Master MM711.

I have a model O and it doesn't have a problem you mention with a light scroll wheel. i now use the model D and it's a bit more firm on the scroll wheel. I did have to get a replacement from Glorious on my first model D because the left mouse click was wobbly and had a lot of post-travel with wiggle. The scroll wheel was also loose too but I didn't know that until I got the replacement. The replacement is perfect. No looseness anywhere and immediate release on the left click unlike the first order. The replacement didn't require a return either, so now I have a backup model D (it's still okay to use, just annoying that I could feel so much wobble while holding down my fire button in Fortnite).

To be honest, if you were to buy one of this 2 mouses today, I recommend Model D, cuz it is easier to hit the side buttons and the clickers don't wiggle to the side, plus the side buttons are bigger.

There customer service is mint, only thing I need was to replace the cable which was my own screw up anyway. And now just ordered the O- pink edition for my GF. Can anyone tell me how well the mouse wheel would work for games like Minecraft and Terraria. I got into these games just recently so I don't know if the issue I'm having with my current mouse involves durability or if it was like that at the start, but my G502 is not scroll friendly with either of these games. Oftentimes I overshoot the item on my hotbar while scrolling and it causes me a great deal of frustration. Will I have this issue with the Model O?

In those games, it takes only one 'click' of rotation to scroll across the hotbar, so you should not ever have that problem again. Probably you just had a faulty mouse.

🛑I have both.. the D and O🛑 After using them both I find the Model O to be my favorite. Even though the Model D has a better cable and bigger side buttons, I found that they moved those side butttons back a bit. This made them no longer fit my fingers as well as the Model O’s side buttons had. I also prefer the Model O because it’s not ergonomic like the D. On the subject of the new skate sizes on the bottom, for some reason the Model D’s skates don’t work aswell as the Model O skates on my mousepad (mine is Glorious’s new mouse pad). If you already own the Model O, I WOULD NOT recommend upgrading to the Model D. However, if you have yet to buy either, it all comes down to if you prefer an ergonomic mouse (such as the D) or the ampedextrious (sorry for the spelling) as the Model O. If you have any questions leave a reply and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible😃

Nando definitely Model O since it’s ambidextrous. It also feels smaller in the hand.. plus ergonomic mice like the Model D are made for Palm so I would recommend the Model O if your Claw.

I liked the video but you should not talk about how great the O-, D and D- is without trying them. D- is not even mentioned by Glorious yet and we dont really know how it will compare. I love my O- and i am trying out the D right now. They are very similar except from the shape and clicks. The clicks on the D is awfull with a lot of post and pre travel for both m1 and m2, they are also really mushy and dont feel great at all compared to my O-.

Would a claw grip suit better with the ambidextrous model 0 style or fit the taller ergo model d style better? I tend to grip with fingers down the sides also. Glorious scroll wheels have the tendency to get loose (the rubber part), which is RMA-able because it's not normal at all.

Squeaky scroll wheel after about 3 months of use, I hear a lot of others have the same issue. I did get a replacement but decided to go back to my Steelseries Rival 600 since they fixed the side panel glue issue. Might try out the O again at some point.

I got o- four months ago .. It is great, super light ,comfy on my hand but not that good quality. I don't play that much with the mouse and I'm careful with it .. I use a controller, however the mouse now getting disconnect every time I move it .. nothing happened to it or damaged. I tried to update it .. but nothing is working out also the right click make weird sounds sometimes the problem is I don't know how to return it to USA .. I had to buy another mouse. i have razer now and I got the warranty from a local shop.

Had to get Glorious Model O replaced last week as it randomly disconnected. Before this, was a perfect mouse!
