Goddamn man, this video is crammed with feels. I can’t speak from a point of view from being hyped about Halo 3 because I didn’t even get into Halo until about 2008/2009 when I was at my friends house and his dad was playing it. After his dad finished a mission me, my friend and our brothers went into four player split screen and killed eachother on slayer. From that moment on, I needed an Xbox (I had a PS3 at the time), got an Xbox for my birthday and the rest is history. Halo 3 will forever remain the best game I’ve ever played, it has a special place in my heart. Great video man, as usual.

This was the game that inspired me to pursue a career in gaming. Some of the greatest memories of my life were made sitting in my room as a kid playing this game with friends online till the next morning! That reminiscing portion of the video really gave me so much feels!

I really hope the 343 heads see this and make all employees watch this video. It's a fantastic playbook on how to make a truly special and timeless Halo game - everything from what makes the gameplay click with the community to how to execute the marketing. This is probably one of the best Halo 3 "mini-docs" I've seen, well done SameToken!

First of all, great narration and pacing. There are quite a few retrospective videos with other creators who speak way too fast and pretty much no silence, leaving zero room to think and digest the information, many seem in a hurry to cram as much information possible without actually trying to make sure the viewer is getting all that. Maybe it's because I'm getting older, but I don't feel like I need to watch at 0.75 speed or drink a can of red bull to follow along lol. Halo 3 means so much to me, so many weekends with my brother playing social slayer and making friends. It really helped us practice our English. I always sucked at the game but that didn't matter to me, I still had fun. My friends invited my brother to complete the legendary campaign achievement (I don't remember the name), but unfortunately for them I was always playing alongside my brother, so they didn't have much of a choice but to let me play, and it took FOREVER to complete. I'm sure they were thinking of kicking me out lol, I don't blame them, but we still completed it, so I was like an extra difficulty level.

Oh man, what a great video. When all those Halo youtubers started talking about their H3 memories I couldn't help but wonder all those times where a friend of mine would come to my house just to play Halo 3. I only had one controller so we would jump on multiplayer and take turns. When one of us died, it was the other person's turn. I have so much of memories of us just laughing our asses off, getting mad at some pro guy, feeling like pros, and everything in between. This video made me genuinely nostalgic and emotional.

I remember my friend wouldn’t stop telling me about this “juggernaut” mode in this new game “halo 3” that he wanted me to play when we had a sleepover in 5th grade. Best gaming night of my life. Love the vid man keep up the amazing work
