As a child I wasn't that happy because I was often different from others. As a young adult I wasn't that happy because I was trying to adapt to others. Now I'm happy simply because I stopped doing this. :-) Happiness is a decision.

@@animegirl16091 I'm fine. And you? * You don't need to care about what other people think. If you really do that (and not secretly pay attention to their views on you) than you are free. In fact if you give yourself permission to be who you are, those around you won't question it. They only reflect your deepest thoughts and fears. So it's in your hand. All the best and good luck! 🍀👍🤗

Wouldn't that make you the "lottery winner" group? (Something fortunate happens in your case it was realizing something) After some time, doesn't the water that was shaken by the happiness from realizing that you don't have to follow others and trying to become normal, eventually go back to its calm still state? Back to water's neutral state

Thank you for all your videos. I used to be unhappy and had anxiety from the mind for what it feels like a long time. I’ve tried reading spiritual books, meditating, and all that I could possibly do to try to find the peace I was looking for it I still felt the same way I did. Watching your videos has helped me immensely on remembering my true nature and of letting go and allowing the universe and so much more. You have helped someone who had trust issues with the universe and with people to the point where I would isolate myself great amounts because the outside world and inside world was too much. You have brought light to me on what letting go is and of truth. Thank you.

Yes. This is what I eventually figured out over time. Happiness is a verb, something you DO. It's like a martial art. The more you practice at it, the more adept at it you will become. After you've been practicing a long time you'll find your natural state is more often than not, contentment. It doesn't mean you'll never feel pain or cry or feel bad. It means that you will weather those intense moments of grief, sadness, and depression more easily and process them faster, returning you to that state of contentment much more quickly.

That was enjoyable! Absolute (as opposed to temporary) happiness is not only possible, it’s 100% innate, or, already exists within us. However, all that running after temporary things outside of ourselves put absolute happiness to sleep and the only thing that can awaken it, is the kiss of action. What do you want? What value do you create for yourself and others? You must have a good philosophy, a good teacher and a good student, together with a seeking spirit and you’re already halfway to knowing!

I totally agree, once I wanted to buy things to make me happy every time. I now realize that I must not do that. Because it makes only happy for a short amount of time, when it is 'new and shiny'. But once the new and shiny is gone, then it just becomes something I'm not happy about anymore. Or it just becomes an average day to day usage subject rather then that exciting new thing I purchased to become more happy in that moment.

What is the opposite of happiness? Anxiety? Sadness? Sometimes you have to look for the opposite and compare to see in which direction lies happiness. This is what Buddha discovered; he experience both riches and poverty, and use those as a compass to see where he could find happiness. Well, that's my thoughts, anyway.

Wow. I needed that ! Thank you ! What I wish to focus on right now is heightening my intuition for clearer dream learning and memory of them cause it really helps me understand more of myself - and creative writing with that ! I wish to speak of all that with my parents ! But I feel a sort of conflicted, playful annoyance at cleaning my room - Caause it’s a big mess rn - But !! In itself it is also 💖V💖 Making room for the new ! It’s just gets to be such a slow pace that I sometimes get like, RRAGGHHH!!! Annoying ! But Music and an open window makes it dope 👍🏼👍🏼💖 I kinda wanna strengthen my friendship with Mia and Maor and I really like dancing ! I also am really inspired by the concept of gardening and architectural gardening and flower pressing and these kinds of projects - But not as much as I admire artists who are deeply connected to their own emotions and have the ability and developed the skills to enhance that -> and it actually all connects together ! Because being healthy and eating healthy and taking care of one’s health heightens one’s connection to oneself, the intuition, the divinity Aaand just, overall makes you feel better. - And the connection to oneself allows deeper connection to one’s feelings ! I often detach from mine and have problems making sense of my own feelings which makes me kind of upset :/ especially cause of the heartbreak that there was, so inside there’s grieving and there’s longing and sadness but ultimately he’s with another woman right now and I hope he finds his heart back. I. I know I’m not interested at this time in my life to be wed and become a mother. I wish to first gain more courage and gratefulness towards life and friends and my projects with my family - Also plan a hang out day with Mia :O and Meitar. Maybe Maor too. And HHH Lowkey Yea, Anime. I really wanna spend time in the evenings to indulge in anime. I like learning of what food I can eat to heighten my intuition and health because I actually really like connecting to the angels ? :’D And heightening my intuition - !! Just as I wrote to present to my parents ! Heightened and clearer dream sequences ! I really love the concept of spiritual psychology big time. I really wanna speak about it to my parents! Be grateful, be grateful, with gratitude and logistics. Music, singing, windows open, cleaning my room And! Health! And talkin to my parents (once dad gets back home) That’s what I’ll do today (after eating > < ) ! *why am I focusing on that? Romance is not what I want to focus on ;;

A brilliant film director, Andrei Tarkovsky, said that we did not come here to be happy, we just came to do things. Maybe he found joy making his films and probably felt that it was enough.
