True. This is why Roccia is such a surprise to people. She is the first support to not blow a 4 star out of the water, although, the 2 truly meta 4 star sub dps are only Sanhua and Mortefi. Others either give less buffing than them, or have bad corcerto generation. I think Mortefi will also not get powercrept by a 5 star heavy attack buffer in the future. Although I don't know how Roccia will affect the future of Wuwa.

For s6 carlotta has outdamaged jinhsi. Camelya too. You can check the numbers out there. But the good thing in wuwa is that powercreep doesnt matter if you can clear the content. We’ve deen danjin clearing toa. So doesnt matter if new characters are better than jinhsi. Phoebe team will probably better. Not because of pheobe but because of the entire team synergy. A synerge with zani pheobe and shorekeeper If someone has aged like fine wine, jiyan has been clearing everything and is a 1.0 character. :) a first banner.

Back in 1.1, I maintained that Jinhsi (as a Sentinel Resonator) is meant to be the "Archon" level pull. Basically, a character that sets a ceiling. I'm glad that hasn't aged poorly yet because I dropped every single pull we got on her first banner for S1R1. We'll see what happens by 3.0.

in fact nobody has aged poorly. i recently just built my jiyan. s0 no sig weapon. still doing 100k + 32k ults and 16-17k spins. even compared to charlotta according to prydwen hes doing 33k dps compared to 38k. unlike other games where in 6 months they powercrept 88k to 300k dps lmao.

No official info, but it's obvious she will be some sort of DoT character that builds up stacks on enemies, then maybe nukes them or something? Since she will be using the Spectro Frazzle set, as you mention, and Spectro Frazzle is DoT. So she probably scales Spectro Frazzle damage, and scales with Crit. BTW, I don't think the next Sentinel Resonator will powercreep Jinhsi, because they would need to fill Jinhsi's role *and* element. No idea about the element, but the next Sentinel's Resonator would be Carthetiya/Fleurdelys, since she is Imperator's Resonator and [spoiler], and we saw she's still around both at the beginning of the story, and the end. She also obviously has an in-game model, and her design is far too unique to be just an NPC. Even compared to NPC's like Margherita or Rosemary. She just screams "future playable character."

Camellya doesn't actually have an issue with movement- her skill attack mode is actually worse damage wise in single target, so she does more single target damage when she can move anyways.

It is good that Jinhsi is still strong even after all this time. As the magistrate of Jinzhou and Jue's resonator, it's nice to see that in-game lore somewhat bleeds into gameplay/character kits. I'm hoping that that pattern continues into the future patches and characters, it helps the F2P and cheap to play players with choosing who to save for.

Jihnsi has a spectro sentinel as her echo so I think she'll stay strong longer than other limited characters like Camellya, Jiyan, XLY or even Carlotta and with the introducrion of frazzle (debuff) she can only get better having her natural subdps that we currently don't have right now (maybe phoebe). Better start farming and saving for Phoebe if you're a Jinhsi main, I guess?

My S1 R1 Jinhsi with 80% crit rate and 276% crit damage and 41% res skill bonus still does 200-600K. 230K without supports, 600k with Zhezi and SK. The S1R1 camellya with an equally good build (actually better crit value an basic atk stats) still doesn’t do as much damage. Her dmg window goes from 90-200K without supports and up to 300k with S6 Sanhua and SK. I personally am a Jinhsi main despite owing the entire available cast. The spinning is fun but the movement restriction bothers me a bit. And my Carlotta isn’t S1 but she does have her signature. With Zhezi and SK she still doesn’t do THAT amazing. Mostly cause she is somehow allergic to crits. I still like her cause she’s pretty and got cool animations and that’s pretty much all I’m asking for.

yea jinshi is so strong that when im too lazy to clear the ToA i just slap her in any floors with no spectro resistance and she just blitz through them also regarding her multi wave issue its not a problem if you have a someone that can generate concerto fast so she can drop a nuke ASAP, in many multi wave content its usually filled with weaker enemies thus you dont really need full stacks to wipe them PSA i just use verina with her, she builds concerto so fast i can get another intro before jinshi's skill managed to CD, and she can help her stacking issue as well when thicker enemies are in

The problem is Jinhsi's forte. You can either use Yuanwu or Mortefi, but you get no skill buff, or you use Taoqi/Lumi, but you cannot charge her forte. Zhezhi is the only unit that can do both for Jinhsi, so even if she doesn't care about the Energy regen of Zhezhi, she is still her best teammate. But if they were to make another coordinate attack buffer....

Not that i have a video to provide but i suggest going to (yumi) if you want the cleanest hardest camellya rotation, so she could fill her concerto and consumes her pistils faster by not just sticking to hold BA but a mix of BA123 and E jump or just E, its absolute cinema.

Jinhsi is good becuse her playstyle is extremely efficient. Even if you don't have her dedicated teammates she still does crazy DMG. You can throw an unbuilt Yuanwu with Verina and still do good DMG, Jue is tailor made for her and is her BiS and most of all she's super easy to use. Just spam her skill/BA and win. Her only flaw is that she does "nuke" DMG like Xiangli Yao so you want a good amount of CR. However if you choose to invest in her, S0R1 with a 4/4/1/1/1 build is still viable due to her sig. It's just ever so slighlty worse than 4/3/3/1/1 (like a 2-3% difference). However, critting more often more than makes up for it. The next magistrate has to compete in some way to be bettet than Jinhsi whether it's a support or good DPS.

@@viggo6607 no, where are you getting this information from? jinhsi's outro does amplify eras of unity but not in the way you just said. she can gain 1 incandences stack from an unique elemental damage or 2 incandences stack from an unique elemental coordinated attack every 1 second instead of 3. the same element limitation basically exists for the reason, let's say, you're running zhezhí with jinhsi, and zhezhí has her coords activated. when you're using jinhsi's attack you're doing spectro damage so that's 1 incandences stack, and then zhezhí's coords will also follow, that'll give jinhsi 2 more incandences stacks, but since zhezhí's coords will also do glacio elemental damage, that's 1 additional incandences stack. so the total amount of stack recieved from 1 attack is 1+2+1 = 4. but, let's say if zhezhí were spectro, then zhezhí's coords will also do spectro elemental damage, but since you already got 1 incandences stack with jinhsi's spectro elemental damage, you won't get the additional stack. so it'll be 1+2 = 3 in general

they fills jinhsi's incandences (her forte circuit) coordinated attacks of unique elements gives her 2 incandences stacks per 3 seconds (per 1 second if you have her outro activated which should technically always be activated) dealing damage with unique elements also gives her 1 incandences stack per 3 seconds (once again becomes per 1 second after outro) so when you're dealing damage with coordinated attacks, you basically get 3 incandences stacks per second, but since in order to trigger the coordinated attacks you need to attack with your jinhsi so you technically get 4/second, which fills her gauge in just 11 seconds. without coordinated attack you'll need 50 seconds. crazy boost right?

She is so strong yes,but what makes her absolute unit is how easy it is to use her. She is so abusive and spoils me that the only holo boss i can't finish are aix and fallacy. I use jinhsi taoqi combo to ensure i didn't die. And unlike camelya,jinhsi is hard to be knocked out,so as long as taoqi shield is up,you can safely finish the run. If recommended Jinhsi still, specially if you have Zhezhi. You can use either Jinhsi or Carlotta depending on the Middle tower resistance, and Zhezhi will be able to buff them to full potential. Just use alternate buffers on whoever is not picked for Middle tower. Sanhua on Carlotta and Yuanwu on Jinhsi.

My beloved magistrate will only keep getting better, and her spot is quite specialized and unique. She's the payoff for coordinated attacks. Camellya can be really mobile btw, you just need to use her skill instead of being Beyblade. Her skill can parry well enough too, it is as fast as a basic 1 and can cancel out of any animation with it.

In my opinion, the reasons why Jinhsi will never get powercreep are simple. 1, Jinhsi is easy to play 2, Jinhsi utilize coordinate attack from unit that doesn't deal spectro dmg 3, Jinhsi frontload all of her dmg into 2 AOE nuke 4, Jinhsi is very flexible in teammate. She can play in quickswap team and hypercarry. Her budget team is super cheap and still does a lot of damage. 5, Jinhsi can float, render 90% of the attacks in the game useless. Even tho theoretically, carlotta and camellya does way more dmg than her, and maybe the upcoming spectro resonator gonna deal more dmg overall, the fact that jinhsi is easy to play, can fly and frontload her dmg just make her competitive enough to never get powercreep.

I think Camellya has higher ceiling in skilled players hands, I'm not one of those though. Jinshi's problem for me is the wonkiness who the nuke hits sometimes, and then you waste a lot of time doing the rotation again if you missed someone from your damage cone. Still, happy to have her, clears most of the content with ease, but maybe I have with her same issue I have with Neuvillette in Genshin, I think her kit has grown a bit boring for me after new characters. And missing a crit on a nuke is just meh.

She's not the best DPS once you learn how to play Camellya properly and do her white hair spin. The tracking on that is unmatched. Goes airborne too. I actually think with Roccia, the Camellya team will remain the best in the game overall, for years to come, uncontested. It has: - Best grouping in the game. - Either best or on par AoE DPS - Second highest single target DPS; only beaten by Carlotta currently. - Highest dodge counter multiplier - Basically no cooldowns - Swap cancel potential on all her attacks. (if you're fast enough) - Interruption resistance AND guaranteed parry during both of her spins. - Permanent aerial combat for cheesing mechanics I think you're just biased cuz you love Zhezhi too much. All she really offers that's unique is extra dodging options.

Jinhsi's drawback is that her skill nuke never crit 🥲.. I have 77% CR on her yet 3 out if 4 times she doesn't crit 😂 I love her tho. She's ww Ayaka lollll

This video is just feels crafting, no numbers given. Jinhsi was never actually best dps team. Encore and Jiyan teams do more damage in a rotation. Carlotta teams now do the most in the game numbers wise

I honestly dont think that she is the best dps in the game. She isnt as versitaile as for example Jiyan who, yes doesnt have as much dmg potential but he is incredibly versitaile and gets the job done. All she does well is Nuke 1 target and one Target only. Her f2p team is rough against bosses with lots of movement. Im not saying that she is bad in any way, she is incredible but she needs some investment and wont be as versitaile. So in short: She is incredible at what she does but I dont think her Value is as high as people put it because if we look outside of bursting bosses, she falls a bit behind
