Thanks for the info. My story. My functional doc asked me did beetroot colour go through to my poo. I said yes. He said I have low stomach acid. I researched stomach acid and we need a RDI of 3000 mg of chloride in our diet to make adequate HCL. Salt ( NaCl) is our main source. Being on a low salt whole plant based diet I decided to increase my salt intake to get the RDI for chloride My poo stopped being red after beetroot, My gut issues stopped. My blood pressure didn’t increase because I get plenty of potassium . Now I make sure I get the RDI of a teaspoon of salt in my diet.

I just got tested for h pylori in blood and it came up negative. Can i trust this? I also have constant low ferritin,b12,and magnesium? It definitely sounds like you've got some issues going on with your gut. My highest recommendation would be to run the Candida, Metabolic & Vitamins test at StephenCabral.com/candida-test One we get your results one of my IHP Certified Health Coaches will go over the results and get you on a wellness plan to rebalance your gut so you don't have to deal with candida and potentially H. Pylori anymore. We help thousands of people with issues just like yourself. There is always an answer as to why. These can all be found at Equi.Life/labs - once results are in one of my IHP Certified Health Coaches will get on the phone with you and get you on a personalized wellness plan based on your symptoms and also lab results ⭐️ We have to take an integrative approach to rebalancing the body and testing is definitely the best place to start so we can truly understand the underlying root causes.

@emmanuelking99882 жыл бұрын
I've read that with low stomach acid, the gallbladder can't secrete bile to break down fat...or something like that 🤔🤷. In other words you need stomach acid in order for the liver/gallbladder to do it's job in digesting food.

I have low stomach acid and occasionally get acid reflux, but mostly, I would get severe bloating, gas, and constipation. What I do every morning to alleviate all of it is I drink a tablespoon of Colavita olive oil and next, about an ounce of pure (not from concentrate) lemon juice. Works like a charm! Now I usually have a bowel movement twice a day instead of just once, everything comes out easier and I feel a lot healthier, more energetic.
