You learned one of the best lessons in life. Never buy in a HOA if you ever want to have a say on what you do with your property. I'm living the same mistake and I just hope someone will learn from it and not do it. Be careful with pigs they are really nasty cause a lot of damage and will attack you or your animals. I only mine HNT at this point but love seeing all the videos.

So dude ive been watching you build out the new farm for a while now and can tell you with almost 100% certainty as an HVAC expert that the buildings you are having built are not being designed to maximize heat removal from your equipment properly or efficiently... I think your gonna run into a ton of issues with your heat loads that come off all rigs your trying to run in those buildings and would recommend that you seriously consider getting with someone who can help you propely design your layout before its complete so you dont have to pay to redo everything later. If you pm me i could probably point you in the right direction if you think that would help. Lmk

I am a developer and roads are hella expensive. Well you can sell plots to reduce cost. You can sell mining farms and manage them for others. Sell houses. Dont forget to build the drainage.

ubiquiti point to point setup would prob get you going even with the woods. those things can go 20 miles... then connect it to a regular router in each building...

You can connect the two locations with a network bridge. the dishes will got miles via line of sight. TP-Link has an affordable pair, like $69 per dish.

At minute 7:25 I want to save you 30k to 50k on internet setup : I have no idea how far it’s from your home to your shed , however you can get one starlink in your shed and then run an Ethernet cable all the way to your home , boom, I saved you 50k dollars my friend (you will have to run like a protective pipe so animals don’t bite the Ethernet cable at night while you are watching netflix :-)

You may be better off renting a warehouse that already has 3-phase. It will be expensive to bring it to your location, believe me! I operate 2 containers, and the electrical expense just to get 3 phase to the location is insane. The HV switchgear is expensive, and transformers are pretty hard to find as well, but when you do they are $$$$$ in this market.

Who is your builder, they do very nice work? I see mining being a very niche space in the future however, with crypto moving to proof-of-stake. If you're not mining you can do proof-of-stake consensus nodes etc.

Looks nice! Best of luck! I've been watching your channel since back in the day. Currently doing something similar but not at that scale. I think you are going to have some have some issues cooling the vosk hq doing it at scale but I'm sure you will get it all figured out. I think you are going all in on this but it will be interesting to see if it pays off. It's really competitive these days. I'm spending alot of money out of pocket just to be able to stack. gonna be interesting to see what you come up with for the panels and such .. i run a small farm 1gh .. consumes about 2000 kwh/mo (250.00 or so) it has a portable AC unit all the rigs are in a thermal tent with the ac unit to maintain sub 90 temps during NC summers.. which it did very very well .. but to run that on solar.. that would be around 5-6kw in solar panels alone.. 3kw/ per hour .. 360w panels x 14 panels (to allow for overhead and at 75% for hot days) then 6500 growatt all in one grid tie system? about 15k or so... is what i was getting DIY or with some kits.

Hey Vosk. What's your 4g / 5g like in your area? The sim card wifi routers are great of you have good reception. Crazy fast if you have 5g I can get 250mbs download. Unlimited monthly sims are about £14. You get another for £10 meaning you could buy 2 sim routers then run them both for £24 per month. Its a literal WiFi router with a sim card slot. Plug into wall for power and put the sim in. Away you go. They have about 5 eth ports on the back so you would need an adapter no doubt. All this is UK but same thing.
