Gave thumbs up because it's great to see another enthusiast but I do however have a couple of 'anorak' points if I may. It's a 3.8 litre twin turbo engine and it has a carbon fibre chassis (cell) it's not monocoque. Great car though and I wouldn't give second glance at Italian alternatives.

Congrats Danny! I bought my 650S Coupé new in 2016. Although the car has lost well over half its value (fortunately for many used car buyers) I have no regrets. What an exceptional car, for me the most beautiful McLaren, it will stay in my collection forever!

Just bought one and absolutely love it!!! I’d recommend to anyone who’s considering a Huracán or any other exotic Supercar. It’s super fast and looks amazing!

Appreciate the video. what are your concerns with reliability? McLarens are known for check engine lights and digital display's malfunctioning.

The more I asked people with them, the more I realized the issues were a little overblown. Most people say that if they’re driven regularly they tend to be more reliable then those that sit and get driven less. I plan on driving it a lot 😂 In the end however, I’m fully expecting something eventually 🤷‍♂️

@@DannyVicente Yeah that makes sense. I would be driving whatever exotic I get also. And I agree on something eventually breaking really on any car. I'm currently looking at gen2 gallardo, 650s is a little out of my range currently, I'm looking around the 120k range.

I looked at Gallardos as well, almost bought a Super Trofeo. Let me know what you get! They’re both really great, I went Mclaren in the end because the rear wheel drive just made it seem a bit more like trying to wrangle a wild animal 😂
