Thank you for making such lovely and heart felt videos! I've throughly enjoyed watching your beautiful playful pups! I recently lost my childhood pet of 16 years and started to do some research into the Ridgebacks to fill that void my beloved friend left. I stumbled across your videos which only made me fall even more in love with the breed and pushed me over the edge to get one myself. Just two days ago I brought my Ridgeback baby boy! Safe to say I'm completely smitten with him and my heart is full of happiness again.

Looks like a wonderful time was had by all!! Was so wanting another Ridgeback, but God had other ideas and we are proud new owners of a rescued Weimaraner/Lab mix to add to our family of 3 miniature Doxies!! He's about the same size a Ridgeback and oh so smart. Most of the little ones are most welcoming, the little princess has a bit of a problem and is trying her hardest to make him understand that she IS the PRINCESS....rofl. He's getting the hint and stays out of her way. He's going to be the best protector of us and his little ones, I have no doubt. He already makes the rounds of the house before bed and in the morning to check it all out (have only had him for 4 days). We love him soooo much and are truly blessed to have him!!

I have an almost 16 year-old Ridgeless Rhodesian Ridgeback (google it.. it's a genetics thing). Except for the lack of a ridge she was exactly like these in the video when she was younger. At 12 she lost her left eye to a tumor and started getting arthritic joints and her once black face is now grey. I walk her every day and she can still put on a brief burst of speed. She sleeps probably 20 hours a day and gets along with everyone from youngest to oldest strangers and other dogs even though she can be quite aloof and seemingly uninterested at times. I don't know how much longer she will live but a part of me will die with her when that day comes.

Hi, We lost our first Ridgeback gentleman at the age of 14. Typically of him, he didn't want to cause a fuss so he wandered out into the back yard to a remote part that was hardly ever used, laid down under a tree and died in the shade. Our other Ridgeback pined for him for months, and would go to his grave every morning and lye next to him. My wife says she died of a broken heart. The day will come, and it will be tough to say goodbye, but your Ridgeback has been a very lucky girl, to have such a loving home and owner.

Dear Marking Our Territory, I just wanted to say thank you for making these great videos... They have helped me through when My dog died two months ago. You taught me to how to live in the moment and to never dwell in the past. Because of you I now have shared my love and got a five-year-old Ridgeback named Kenya that had been through a lot. Kenya had owners that did drugs, Kenya was in a car crash and was even on the streets at some point. Luckily after a few days, someone caught her and she was returned to her breeder where we got her a few weeks ago. As if life can't get more awesome I am getting one of Kenya's RIdgeback Puppies this year !!! Anyways I just wanted to say thank you for making great videos and the Messages behind them !!!

Max always beat me to the our king sized bed. At least he slept lengthwise and not across. He got his own pullout trundle when he grew to full size. He weighed 20# more than my wife and he often got in the way. A powerful animal who weighed 135 #s and not an ounce of fat. He could easily clear a six foot fence with no running start. It was magical to see him run and leap.
