Great video and congrats on loving your move! I’m in north county but definitely would look at little Italy if I needed a change! It sounds like you live in a high rise with your dog? Have you considered making a video about that? Like do you have a porch potty, how does your dog like it, etc. I’ve looked for content on that before and there’s not tons.

You can see them but you can’t hear them. The neighborhood with the most flight noise is Bankers Hill.

More like the *well-off* millennial capital of San Diego 😂 Saying you live here in the neighborhood is such a flex and I haven't gotten over it since I bought here early last year. I would say you nailed the walkable part (which is why I moved here) but you could also add that if you can drive to work/the store in 10 minutes, you can certainly bike there in about the same time. Best thing I did was sell my car for an e-bike and rent out my parking spot 🤑

Reality is this: telepathy (love) VS authoritarianism (fear). Focus on telepathy (love) at all times. This is anti-authoritarianism. Authoritarianism is both selfishness and lying (head games). Love is both honesty and respect (telepathy). An individual can only chose telepathy or authoritarianism. Never both. All of the authoritarians (conservatives, Christians, Democrats, violent men, supporters of violence) are cowardly, so they look for an IMAGE of strength socially (bullying and leadership). REAL strength is fearlessness over telepathy: equal footing mentally. Friendly men are the most head strong. It takes an emotionally secure, honest mind to be level mentally. This is telepathic focus. Image conscious individuals stay with authoritarianism because they are too afraid to do the right thing, and / or stick up for people doing the right thing, which is to be fearless (friendly). All strong individuals are both independent and focused on telepathy. Weaker minds group together to form social cliques, share fear, and bash stronger, independent individuals. No one is really an introvert or an extrovert. Independent minds (those that express honesty at all times in all ways) appear introverted. They avoid conflict, drama, and tribal beliefs. They reject fearful ideas shared by others. Conformist minds (those that lie to fit in, and judge kindness and honesty in others) group together and share fear for an IMAGE of social strength mentally as individuals. These individuals focus on acting, not honesty. Some individuals think thoughts of love, stay independent, and watch others mentally. Others think thoughts of fear, let their minds race, and group together because they are afraid of being attacked. These individuals will attack others for social independence (those that express more honesty and respect). The end result of complete honesty in all ways is this: NO SUPPORT for human violence completely. The only way to focus on telepathy is to have a nonviolent mind. It’s the ONLY way to NOT be artificial as a human being. Growth towards this realization is exactly what is happening across human society. CONFORMITY is the refusal to grow psychic out of fear, which drives the mind angry (mentally ill). When men give attention to those that they know are nothing like them in the mind, and the other person is avoidant, they are sharing jealousy, lying, and resentment. They want more honest individuals that reject tribal beliefs to look unfriendly in front of others and feel inferior socially as they smile. Smiling without reason will never work. There are too many disrespectful and dishonest ideas being shared openly in society, and ALL people are always angry about these ideas. Being honest about this is authenticity. Authoritarians focus on acting so others will judge them more. They see this idea as “power”. Power isn’t real, but criticisms are, and those that lie the most ARE the most critical. When human beings lie about what they are on the inside to present a false image in public, it creates anger and resentments in others. It gives manipulators of the truth a false sense of superiority. When human beings share the same ideas mentally, and when those ideas are kind, then smiling is authentic (joy). Anything outside of this truth is forced acting. It is awkward, stressful, and strange. Love (honesty and respect) is the only TRUE version of the collective psyche. Love is telepathy. Christian men are being trained to hate on women since childhood. Christian dads set a poor example for all youth with anger, violence, and machismo. They hate their daughters especially. Christian men treat women as if they are commodities in society, not human beings with feelings to share humility (nonviolence) with. They train their sons to bully out in society as they did, and if their son’s don’t, they become jealous of their sons. This is emotional abuse, and it must end immediately. It’s time for this collective attitude (materialistic, shallow indifference and anger) to end for good. It cannot hide behind religion and acting. A real attitude will never hide behind a position of authority at a place of employment. We all know the truth: authoritarians are always angry because they are forcing ideas onto others no one wants around. No more head games. Supporting violence or going to violence is ONLY about status and popularity for each selfish individual. Nothing else. No one can blame the government. No one can hide behind the government. All individuals are responsible. No one respects a victim mentality. Men that do not believe in themselves as individuals remain authoritarian, fearful, violent, unfair, and unfriendly.
