I was wondering what the drive was behind the stop chasing pain doctor hmm poor guy I was at 1st thinking how lucky he was to be examined in the 1st place then diagnosed then treated but that's not even top of the hill to successful body health we learn here. heis almost inventing a new genre of medicine the 'lymphopathologist'

I can never thank you enough for sharing your knowledge and challenging me to do the Big 6 Lymph Reset. After being weight loss resistant for too long, full of toxic heavy metals and only God knows what else, I have already lost 10 pounds in 4 months because of your clear, understandable, simple, yet extremely effective teaching. I have suffered from chronic illness for 35 years, and I have an alphabet soup of diagnoses, but when I got diagnosed with a neurological disorder 8 months ago, I knew I had hit rock-bottom. In all of those 35 years of chronic illness, no one, including countless medical practitioners ever mentioned the lymphatic system. You have changed my life. I have more hope now than I have had in a long time. Thank you Dr. Perry!

Working on detoxing the lymphatic system is central to Ayurveda, the Indian traditional healing system that is thousands of years old. They also understood there was lymph in the head and brain, something Western “science” just discovered recently. You are definitely right to help people start from here to heal themselves 🙏🏻

Thanks for sharing doc. They diagnosed me w dementia due to pharma injury in 2019. I also had an episode in the car with the keys, as well as others, same as you. Turning the wheel was considered many times. I’ve done MANY alternative therapies to bring myself back. My lymphatic system didn’t become an issue until last year, and most prominently early this year with widespread edema now mostly localized to the waist down. Your big 6 helped me clear the upper system, now just working the lower. I guess it takes time, the ultimate equalizer. God bless you for sharing

So authentic and brave of you to share what happened in your life. You have 'been there'. I can see that telling your story brings up very intense emotions and I can see why: all that suffering could have been avoided, if only one person would have had the specific knowledge to help you. So good of you that you have turned this 'useless' suffering into wanting to understand and into wanting to help others. Your pain has been worthwhile. Being a teacher myself, I know one needs knowledge to understand and to put domains/fields together. Knowledge is always domain specific. Being a Dutch language teacher does not mean I can teach anything. I can teach Dutch, but I cannot teach Italian. To be healthy, we need so much knowledge. All those domains, all inter-linked. So sharp of you to keep searching and so wise and warm-hearted of you to share your insights and to be so motivational. Thank you! Bon courage!

Wow! I did wonder if something like that had happened to you. You have my deepest compassion as I have been through something a little bit similar but on a much smaller scale. I was reacting to hidden mold in a piano unbeknownst to me. I had many strange symptoms. But then as my luck would have it there were massive fires all around my county. Thomas fires December 2017. I was trapped in my house with all windows and doors closed with the mold and wildfire toxins. My immune system exploded and it was like I was on a different planet. Later I was diagnosed with toxic myalgic encephalomyelitis. All of my viruses and bacterias where activated and I was experiencing septicemia. None of this I knew at the time after a certain point I realized the mold in the piano might have something to do with it. I had discovered it there right before the wildfires. Long story short I had to escape my house but was intensely sick in many ways and homeless. My neighbor took me in but I was reacting in her house as well. My immune system had become hypersensitized to mold and all environmental toxins. When I look back I remember having a lymph node cut in my neck as a child because of an infection. And that is the side was/is most problematic. I have done all sorts of therapies and detoxes and 90% better. Thank you for your piece of my puzzle. I'm very happy for you that you survived and most definitely appear to thrive! Thank you for sharing your story and your knowledge and wellness techniques. You are amazing and awesome 💗

Thank you Perry for your health story and the lessons that you teach! I contemplated suicide too because my nerve pain was unbearable and the thought of being paralysed neck down made me not want to be here,. I learned it was bone spurs on my neck, at least that was one part of it. I changed my diet drastically to carnivore, I been looking about about cellular water, light, circadian rhythms, sleep, the thyroid, plus I’m following your videos with the intention to take care of my lymphatic system. I haven’t seen a doctor for over five years since that last one told me the mri result as I was about to walk out of the door at the last minute of my appointment. It made me very angry but driven to heal myself and help others when I can.

Love your work. In 2019 I stayed in a psych unit and realized how bad the system is and how anti-healing it was. It felt like a scary jail and not like rehabilitation. I was appalled. It sparked my interest to change the system and in learning about the body, the nervous system and bottom-up approaches I realized how important it is to have a trauma informed biopsychosocial approach. I hope one day mainstream healthcare can learn what we do

Hello I'm doing the big six for more than a year because I learned how important it is! I have musculoskeletal issues like now a frozen shoulder, a little pain on the inner side of one of my knee (without any injury). The big six doesn't change anything. It doesn't get worse but it doesn't get better!. Is it because it is not the appropriate method for me? I believe every thing you say. It makes so much sense! Thank you for your answer!

You may need to learn a few blood choke points. Go deep into vagus nerve stimulation, sternum ribcage work. You have to add things slowly to see how your body will react. Dr Perry Nickelston is the best for learning and implementing

Lymphatics may be a part of the problem but it doesn't mean they are the only problem. Then again big six is just a very beginning of our lymphatic mojo program. You can go much deeper and donother points. We teach that in our courses

Dr. is it really not recommended to do lymph work during an active infection - flu, cold, covid, etc.
@stopchasingpain23 күн бұрын
Correct. Let the immune system do its thing.

Thankyou so much Dear Dr Perry can you please suggest something for insomnia despite trying traditional methods like sleep restriction supplements no gadgets before bed etc but still the issue persists thanks a lot
@stopchasingpainАй бұрын
Hard to do that because of not knowing history as to what is causing the insomnia. Vagus nerve work is the first step. I'll give ya one thing you can try. Use red light along your spine before bed for 20 minutes. That will help calm ya down

Congrats doctor! Tell me, how did you get the inspiration to create the Big 6? I mean how did you understand that rubbing and tapping these areas would help you heal? Thank you 🌷

The video tells the story if the inspiration and the physics of fluid flow explains the BIG 6

Dr. Perry, which thyroid supplement/med do you use? If you had it to do over, would you elect to remove your thyroid?
@stopchasingpainАй бұрын
I had no choice but to remove the thyroid it was malignant cancer. I am on levothyroxine
