I am so blown away at how our Creator made us! How amazing is THAT! I'm literally crying right now. I have such pain in my neck that I'm not able to get up off the floor without yelping. I use infrared, and all kinds of lotions to relax and control the pain. From DMSO to Magnesium Oil, wild lettuce and much more. So many doctors don't want to touch me because I refuse to use mainstream opioids for the pain, or steroids. I don't need them, I just need Allah (swt) and what HE brings to me, which is you Dr. Perry, to explain and teach in the most eloquent and comprehensive way I have ever witnessed. And nothing boring. I have less pain and more movement in my neck than I have had in over a year. It's not a lot at the moment, but it is a start and relief. My neck pain is so severe that when I wake up, I usually start crying because I know what is coming. Thank you so much, Dr. Perry, you're the best and I have learned so much from you. Oh, to have had a teacher like you back in health class. I probably would have become a Dr. like you instead of a patient. LOL Got my PhD in being a patient for sure. Thank you again! Make it a great day!

I'm sure Dr Perry won't mind this share as I imagine he agrees with this additional element - have you considered the emotions stuck there as well? I love this lady kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3uTfoiEopV4htEsi=aMvGFsEew08NA1qp combined with the physical taught here, I also work on what she talks to with my neck also. I believe I will be pain free and able to do all the things I haven't been able to do for a long time with creating limiting neck pain. All the best and may Allah always be with you.

Feeling muscles move in the back of the neck when moving the eyes is a revelation. I find the tongue circles help relax me before sleep. I hope the eye movements will also improve my eyesight…. Thank you for educating us so thoroughly. This is fascinating. 🙏

Immediately after doing all this I felt my breathing get easier and my neck and hips loosened up. Also, I was lying down doing this and after I was done I grabbed my knees and pulled them to my chest and my right hip completely shifted. It made a loud pop and I felt the bone move lol. Wasn’t painful at all, surprisingly. I’m gunna do this frequently. It definitely did a lot of stuff. Thank you for sharing this with us

This is a life changer!! Amazing! I think I love you ❤🤗 I struggled for three years after a whiplash injury and first, understanding what you explained and secondly, trying the tongue and eyes exercise is going to save me and my sanity. Feeling a huge difference after trying it for the first time! Thank you!!! There is a lot of weird stuff going on around my head, my tongue, nose, swallowing, even breathing.... And it is obvious that the exercise does something to all these areas.... I will keep doing it! Thank you again! Marie

Fantastic video! I learned so much. First time trying this and I feel incredibly tired and ready for sleep. I've been suffering from insomnia lately, so I think this is a good sign! Also have major neck, shoulder, and back stiffness and pain. Months ago I was praying, asking God for relief, and as strange as it sounds, I kept hearing "Massage your tongue". I thought, 'What on earth? What does the tongue have to do with my neck and shoulders?' Now I know! I'm going to keep at this and will check back in!

As a retired professional opera singer and a voice teacher, I have done lots of work with the tongue. And years ago I did some Edu K (Educational Kinesiology), which utilizes a lot of eye exercises. But I never thought to put them together! This is powerful stuff. I find it helpful to do some light breathing, plus some light face/ neck/shoulder/spine warm ups first. And I sometimes run into gags which I release by allowing myself to gag several times. (Not going into a wretch.) Thank you SO much Dr. Perry. I'm going to hit that Subscribe button now!

Hello doctor, this really looks helpful. I have a problem for an year now that I can not move my eyes from right to left or the other way around. I also can not rotate the eyes. I get a sudden attack in medulla region when I do that. But now when I also rotate the tounge together with eyes, I am allowed to do that and I do not feel that attack behind my neck. Perhaps you can provide your feedback on my condition and also guide a bit more ❤

in the 1st direction (tongue at top start moving left), no problems doing 15; when I reverse that, tongue does not want to make circles, after 3 complete circles my tongue gets to the bottom (6 o'clock) and starts moving back-and-forth, after 7 circles I cannot count consecutively. Very odd! I can do the circles with eyes or tongue -- I'll keep working on this. And before you ask, yes I suffered severe head and neck trauma in March '89

(75 in July) and very overweight since childhood. Full blood panel and everything was Excellent except VitD and thyroid was functioning slow. Naturopath prescriptions have not helped. I have Healed many things. However, heard you say WHY we lose all energy in a podcast you did!!! I am just beginning your daily practice and tongue and eye things this week.I cannot afford your classes yet and wonder if I would benefit from your body aquarium video?? Does that help someone who lives alone rurally and does things myself. I do NOT go to regular MD for decades. However, I drink only well water and fresh made juice, eat organic and make 99.99% of my meals from scratch for the last 40+ years and use safe products on my body and cleaning and garden. THANKS for all these INSPIRING FREE videos! You finally gave me some HOPE!!! Love always, Morgine

Doc, I wondered if people that need to wear glasses because they have trouble with their eyesight is because of the lymph block ? If they do this exercice : tongue & eyes in the same time The issue will disappear ? As everything is connecting to lymph If the lymphs are drained daily, the body won’t encounter any malfunction what do you think Doc?

Is it normal for your eyes to ache when you do this… the muscles kind of feel tight ..
@stopchasingpain
@stopchasingpain 6 ай бұрын
Yes. Eye muscles are like any other muscles they can ache after you use them. Like going to the gym and using muscles like you've never done before

No this will not help a tongue tie. Tongue ties need to be surgically released

I almost feel like taking a nap. Wondering if this feeling is normal?
@stopchasingpain
@stopchasingpain 5 ай бұрын
Yes normal. It calms the nervous system and it is also very fatiguing to the brain. Do a little less next time. Work your way up in reps. It will be less fatiguing

Can this improve sleep and depression? Due to the tension I feel so emotionless 😢
@stopchasingpain

Perhaps but you must go easy on these. Doing too much can overload the nervous system. Practice just a few reps at a time and work your way up. Pay attention to how you feel

First Time I did 4 rounds of 25 or 26 for 2 weeks, as the doctor says, I think I overloaded muy nervous system and had a quite remarcable depresión.... But Im pretty sure I did some really important job releasing years of tensión. I started doing them again but only 2 rounds of 28 this Time, I feel way better, so go slow and progresive. It Is a wonderful thing really.
