I want my body back, as best it can be, I'm tired of pain & medicine controlling my life!! Thank You for this video, Dr. P!!! I genuinely need this. As a recovering perfectionist, I tend to overdo things like this (especially the Big 6 & yes, there are times where we should be taking our time & going a bit longer, but not every single time to where you don't have time for much else b/c your trauma response, perfectionism, is lying to you telling you that you're not doing enough/you're never doing enough) & I genuinely NEED examples of doing a realistic amount. I need to follow you on this video & only do ten circles in any direction with ten slaps & KNOW that is enough because you are doing this & telling me it is enough. And I really need a healthy a.m. routine to help wake me up, so thank you for the rest of this video too!!! 👣💞💫👣💞💫👣💞💫

I feel already so much better doing all your exersices😊 Also use a massage pistol (I call it more a hammer drill😂) for not only the 6 lymph area's, but actually for my whole body, and head too. On parts like the head that are bony I put a cloth in between. The ongoing pain in my right eye for instance, that point under de eye brow/corner nose, has completely cleared up. I also use it for my bladder, had urge incontinence, but not anymore, put that machine right on the spot above the pubis where it's itchy/sore and don't know why but can keep my urine now till I sit properly on the toilet 🎉

I watched your video with Aaron Alexander about pain, I have pain in my wrist, I've had it for two months now, I also feel it in my other wrist at times, it got worse when I had dairy or sweet potatoes and has remained swollen since. I did have a small fall indoors on a mat but the pain soon went, a few days later i went to lift at the gym and that's when I had to stop and haven't been able to pick or hold anything too heavy up without feeling pain. I do the big 6 daily. I have had tests such as an OAT & HTMA tests, I have adhd and brain fog and am in sympathetic state a lot. I do find it hard to relax, I do feel low and umotivated and my health issue get on top of me or my mood is low. I have lived in mould from a child and now i've moved elswhere and there's mould there too, I'm told I have mycotoxins colonized in my system based on my OAT results. So i'm thinking the wrist pain could be swollen still because it's slow healing due to the invisible mycotoxins mould i'm breathing in and what's inside me. When i go out for a walk more blood gets to my wrist and makes it swell up more with a little pain. I don't know what my body is telling me and I want to know so i can heal. I had a couple accupuncture sessions but stopped as I don't know if it will take away the pain for good. What can I do ? What's causing my wrist pain in the body?

Waaw. I just now understood, thanks to your video, the logical reasoning behind my ex's routines. He is Indian, in India, and he was practicing some tapping methods on himself for pain relief and had tried to teach me. I had done it, but not understanding the logic behind, I gave up. He couldn't explain it but deeply believed in it, while I needed to understand. That was 9 years ago, I'm looking forward to do this routine and apply similar principles elsewhere! I am already experiencing significantly decreased anxiety & mood improvement. Was able to eat a sugar treat & didn't have pain afterwards. That was big, though I'm still not going to overdo it. Been doing this routine about a week now. Can't believe how much more in control of my nervous system I am. Before if I was triggered (which would happen easily) I couldn't consciously slow heartbeat or the other physical reactions. Now, if triggered at all, it's way easier to consciously slow heartbeat & or make the panicky feeling go away. Where was this in my teens? My life would've turned out significantly different had I been equipped with this. Thank you so much!! Cannot get enough of your interviews. I have livedo reticularis so there's clearly a circulation, blood flow problem. I feel this routine is helping 😊 Also the way you frame pain & disease as our body trying to protect us, or asking for change, has shifted & soothed my outlook. I feel empowered with this routine as a tool. Again, I cannot express enough how instrumental this routine & listening to you has been. Can't thank you enough, from the bottom of my heart. I've been sending this vid to everyone I care about.
