Love this, I do the same. I make a list of goals for myself, personal and professional. I find I accomplish 80% of my goals when I do this. I do this monthly. If there is a goal on my list I didn’t accomplish I add it to the following months list 😊

I learned about setting SMART goals when I went back to school a couple years ago. What a game changer. Figuring out how to break your goal into manageable and realistic steps is so powerful. And preparing for the obstacles, so powerful. Great video! 💞

What a great way to set goals. I’d like to be outside more, amongst trees. I kove to bake sourdough and do it every week, but have wanted to mill my own grains for some time. Thx for your content, I really enjoy your channel.

One of my goals this year it to use my Mockmill more. And incorporate those flours and grains into my cooking more. I would love if you could maybe do a video or two on how to do that.

I’m a goal setter/accomplisher 😂. I will set several goals during the year, not just at the beginning. Most of them get done, some get pushed to the next year and some get reevaluated and discarded. I don’t allow my goals to overwhelm me nor upset me if they don’t happen.
