😂 "They're going to bully you back" But in all seriousness I watched a Ted talk with a speaker who had schizophrenia and she talked about how her own perception of her hallucinations actually influenced them. For example when she told other people she was starting to hear voices people kept telling how bad that was. Her hallucinations went from being random things to being malicious towards herself. Thank you for sharing!

whenever the hallucinations try to bother me, I dont give a f*** to them..that's all.. earlier i used to fight them back but it used to increaese the problem even more.. I try to remain more with people now to hallucinate as less as possible.. I'll get through it soon.. these nightmares are gonna end.. thank you... so much SchizophrenicNYC

My brain made so many people imagines and now i am obsessed with them. One girl two boys and their different shaded and off springs like. I am obsessed with them. Their beauty and charm are out of universe. It making me carzy.

These thought of visual and auditary hallucinations are created by u .dont fight them. Just let them come and go. I know they will then force u to talk after ur silence but i think being silent is the way then they come less
