Sometimes I like to sprinkle some extra virgin olive oil on the outside half of the tortilla to add even more flavor. This isn't really necessary though: I recommend you try it without the extra oil first, as this wrap is already high in energy. 💪

These would be great made in bulk, frozen and wrapped in foil. Defrost then woke them up in a sandwich press or a pan.

I imagine it would be great with fresh coriander/cilantro too, giving it more of a Mexican vibe. Or a small amount of chives, although I am not a big fan of oniony tastes for breakfast. I used to make it with dried oregano and tomato (instead of avocado) before, was not bad either.

Just search for camcorder chest belt. I am not very happy with mine, as it shakes too much.
