Why I Fly, Why I Film

I love to fly, plain and simple. But becoming a pilot is expensive. It takes years of training and when you show up for your first job, you still don't know what to expect. That's what I'm working to change and it's my way of solving a small part of a worldwide pilot shortage.
The videos I produce are the first example of an airline approved, comprehensive view of becoming an airline pilot. Each video is about a specific topic, something I wish I'd learned before I started flying as a professional pilot. What do you want to learn? Leave me a comment below!

If there is a glider operation near you you could start there and you could solo by age 16 and from there to powered aircraft.

I like that you are very real and honest about the content in your videos and with relation to the airline industry and pilots. No sugar coating. You don’t find that much about what it takes to be an airline pilot, or the path to get there. I would like to know what you do on your downtime and what the turnaround time is once you land to get back in the air. I often notice pilots sitting at airport bars by themselves. Looks lonely. For all the young men and women wanting to start on this journey in 2020, don’t be discouraged. Now is the time to start. It takes years to get the experience required and the airlines will bounce back. The pilot shortage is or was being driven by pilots retiring and lack of interest in the industry, this will continue irrelevant of COVID or not. I’m 45 I had my PPL at 19 and I’m just starting training again. It never to late. Great video young man very inspirational
