Congrats from Toronto🇨🇦 … I stopped drinking 10-years ago and my husband got bored drinking alone so he followed suit a year later and it had been wonderful for so many reasons and the only regret ex-drinkers usually have is why didn’t I realize and get this monkey off my back much sooner! Every day with sobriety is a welcome mat for the next to come. Be well ❤

3 years and 4 months stilll have urges too drink.i just have alcohol free.i find if i say im not drinking till weekend ,then don't.hd to change all my friends.lifes a lot better alcohol free.your health and mental health improves, good luck to all ,

Hi Justin there are a number of factors which may be contributing to your struggle at the moment, you need to be sure you a reason to get sober and stay sober and that has to be your motivation, each case is unique and I’m not a medical person but I have a lot of personal experience when it comes to this topic. Are there any specific triggers that cause you to drink ?
