For those wondering about the revo platinum it was a one year exclusive truck made in 2008 the chassis is silver and in the top right corner of the chassis is engraved 2008 revo platinum they were built with track racing specifically in mind when there was still a race class for revos they also had aluminum push rod,turnbuckle and toe links as well as a center diff larger fuel tank pro response wheels wing and wing mount and a special body

coming in from being new to the hobby, I can't imagine having so many RC cars / trucks. I just picked up my 1st ever RC truck ; the E Max ! Extremely overwhelmed with the Power and size of the truck- it's a little intimidating but I'm confident my driving skills will be up to speed in no time flat. I love you vids and your choice of music as it really pulls me away from everyday stresses and issues. Keep up the outstanding work and hope that I can catch up with your in-house stable.

I was in a hobby shop 10 years ago.i was talking to a guy(also customer),about my rc addiction and how i started with 300 euros for 1/8 buggy and i ended spending 2500 in 10 months.he said that i was ok because he had spent 8000 euros in a year and he wasnt even racing..😂😂

That is awesome you have all those revos.. I just traded mine for a Hobao hyper cage nitro.. I love revos too but when I saw that buggy I know I had to have it... and it’s awesome. the first revo 3.3 I had I traded for a hpi savage x.. I am a huge sucker for savages too -have (2 ) x4.6.. one complete .25 and a roller .25... I know when I come across another revo for the right price I will jump on it for sure... -

I had 30 rc’s before I thought I might have a problem. Half of them were never driven. I found that finding a “deal” was the exciting part. Now it’s nearly impossible to find anything on sale, towerhobbies can’t allow coupon codes on most vehicles anymore, and eBay is charging sales tax on everything. I hate paying retail.

not a big fan of the 3.3 never had any luck with them dont get me wrong they are peppy torquey engines for rtr but i always had trouble holding tune air leaks in a lot of them also top fuel has way to much oil love revos got a 2.0 had a 3.3 yrs ago thinking of getting back into nitro new sub here just on the 13 revos lol

Sr Cmte i have before. I learned really quick when i have problems with the engines just to trade them in. The trade in program makes it easy and cheap.

Erevo/Revo is a good basher, but that's where it ends! No real adjustability! Very dull, I wanna be able to tweak and tune, Traxxas frames just don't pander to that need!.... I don't hate them, I just avoid them

Just got back into rc cars. Your storys pretty touching lol I was 13-14 when the tmaxx 2.5 came out. My mom got me for Christmas that year a tmaxx 2.5 from tower hobbies think it was 549 before tax. Sold it cheap. I got back into them about 4 months ago. First car i bought was a full built tmaxx for 275 then I picked up a revo 2 days later from a buddy for about 120. 2 days ago I got another revo semi built for a 100. Also picked up a triple xnt for a hundred last week the bug is real 😆 never would have thought I'd have 2 revos..
