Why I Left the United States for the Philippines

It's been a great six months in the Philippines! After deciding to leave the United States, I had a lot of challenges: leaving my job, finding online work, and finding out how to budget my money. The first few months were hard, but as time passed things got easier.
In this video, I talk about the United States, money, real estate, the world today and more. Why I chose to live in the Philippines was due to hobbies and passions of mine that I've had since I was a kid. Efren Reyes, Pacquiao and more Filipinos were my idols when I was a kid and growing up, I had thought about moving to the Philippines before. After six months here I can say that I am happier here, I miss the United States, my friends, family and more. But, I prefer it here, I like the slower pace of life, changing my work routines to match my life more than what I was able to do back home.
