Remember you are human too (even though they teach you they aren't) and need time for self reflection, relaxation and relationships of all kinds. When you need to take a step back, do it. Nobody will fault you for not posting regularly. You are about to become a Dad soon and again your time to accomplish everything will be challenged and compromised. Always take care of yourself and your family above all else. Everything else is secondary. Never forget that

I don’t see the necessity for YT unless you enjoy exhaustion, or your med school loans are exponentially high. Money isn’t everything. I’ve been a urosurgeon for 27 years and time moves fast, kids grow fast. Enjoy your family! We survived without KZbin and the internet and cash grab. I understand the temptation to become a YT influencer and having 4 million subscribers, but unless someone else can do it, like your wife, can you focus 100% on being an effective radiologist? My cousin Steve is an interventional radiologist in TX. Goodness, he’s at 350k. He’s 41. Isn’t that enough?

Well, when you are a full-time radiologist and your income is not dependent on youtube, it can be hard to want to make videos that may make $20-$100 eventually. Just keep in mind that most people have no problem with you taking time off from youtube and we will still be here when you decide to make something new.
