@withviktors18 күн бұрын

I've been into software development way back 2011 but stop around 2019 because I've focused on personal matter, now I'm being called on by my former boss to build web app, I think I lost my skills being idle for a very long time and not confident enough if I can still do it like before. I hope I can regain my lost touch skills back again.
@withviktors4 күн бұрын
Thank you for sharing! It’s natural to feel unsure after a break, but your experience from 2011-2019 has built a solid foundation. Start small, revisit the basics, and explore new tools. The fact that your former boss reached out shows they believe in you-you’ve got this! 😊

Q.1. On which tech stack do you work, Q.2. And I also have heard that if today I work in MERN Stack, and tomorrow (3 - 4 years later) it got obsolete. I learn another stack then my experience wouldn't be counted. Pls answer to my questions. Love from India.
@withviktors16 күн бұрын
Hello, and thank you for your questions. 1. I am working currently with MERN Stack and occasionally with Python and exploring the ML area. 2. If you learn the fundamentals and how the process is to combine everything you will be great in the future if you need to change your tech stack. So learn and move forward. All the best!

The rest of the things like task management googling or using some apps for productivity is not a real problem.
