I love your videos so much ive been following you for a while you really inspire me to continue to take care of myself when it comes to Nutrition I’m 19 and I went vegan around 12th grade and I’ve never felt better I’ve developed a healthy Holistic way of eating and I’m proud of it because Health is wealth and I also love educating myself on how food can heal our body’s I love learning about the benefits of certain foods and certain Essential vitamins that we need that is in our food to be honest I wouldn’t have been educated on these things if I never went vegan but anyways I really Love your content and I try to Fast every month as well except I kinda do a hardcore like 2 day fast is that bad 😬 it is it good

I’m so happy to have you here dear! I’m 23 but also went vegan in 12th grade so we have that in common 😄 and a two day fast every month is great as long as it makes you feel good, always make sure to listen to your body!

I’ve started back fasting. Eating between 12 and 7. I like you cannot eat in the morning. It gives me acid reflux. I have water, mushroom coffee in the am.

I recently began eating at 12pm-8pm and I agree, this definitely does feel like taking power back over my body! I became aware of the fact that I was eating to satisfy cravings not because my body needed replenishment.

Omg satisfying cravings and not actual nourishment, mic drop! I truly feel that. Last night I was craving bread really late but I didn’t eat it because I wasn’t even hungry and knew I have more control over my cravings. All the more power to you!

I fast for 23 hours a day at the same time around 4 is when I will consume food. I do feel better but I eat a lot of vegan processed foods and trying to go raw vegan. Thanks for sharing
