First of all the top of the line Surface only cost $1799 (its on sale now $150 off), look it up at the MS store online) and both i5 and i7 come with 8GB RAM, not 4 or 2 like you said. I have the Intel i5 Quad Core (with Turbo Boost Technology up to 3.3 GHZ) with 8BG RAM and that is only $1449 and it is fucking FAST!! Best laptop I have ever owned for the price. You clearly have not used one or own one, otherwise you would know what the hell you are taking about. The Apple MacBook Air 13" Dual-Core Intel Core i5 1.6GHz for example is same price as the Surface i5 with a 556 SSD drive but uses a SLOWER dual core instead of Quad Core processor, plus ONLY 4GB RAM and no touch screen with capacitive pressure sensitive pen support, which by the way is also a lower resolution screen (2160 x 1440 vs 1440 x 900). Now that is an over priced piece of shit. Don't look like a fool and do some research next time you plan to open your mouth and spit out verbal diarrhea! LMAO (at you)

Great videos that allowed me to get way more out of my original Surface Pro. I really liked the streaming music to Xbox 360 from the Surface. I've upgraded to Windows 10 but can't get this functionality to work. In Win 8.1 I would select my XBOX 360 from the Charms, Devices, Play menu in Win 8.1 to stream / cast music to my console. I'm assuming this has been replaced by the 'Connect' button in the new notifications area, however, this can't find my XBOX. Have made sure that I'm running Grove app and my music has been shared on local network. Any ideas as will be lost curled up on sofa directing my Xbox with my Surface. Kind regards, Darren

I'm running 2 monitors (with Mediasonic SmartDock Pro HV1-U60D2L) and had to enlarge my P3 screen to get decent resolution on the monitors. Nice, however you mentioned the exactly oposite thing that I want to do: what if I want to use the Surface to mirror/extent my PC's screen to be able to draw or simply use it as a second monitor? Is that possible? I only found a video that works by installing an app and using wifi but I don't know if that's the best option and it seems nobody talk about this.

The Surface looks like it's much more practical of a choice than the iPad. I am an engineering student seeking a portable device for all my textbooks. So far I am very impressed by what the Surface has to offer, especially the functions of OneNote that you showcased. However, I'm a bit discouraged by the high price tag...should I take the plunge? Or save up a bit more to entirely replace my laptop with the Surface Pro?

What a wonderful video! I bought a Surface 3 last month and was inspired by your video to purchase the Plugable USB 3. docking station. Then yesterday I got a second monitor and wanted to set it up as in your video. I cannot seem to get all 3 screens working independently as there is not an option in the display settings to extend my display over all 3 of my screens....the 2 external monitors and the one on the Surface. My Surface is duplicating what is on one of my external monitors and I cannot move my cursor to my laptop screen. What settings did you use to accomplish this? Thanks for your help!

+Joyce Chong Did you install the pluggable software? If not, you will need their software and drivers to take full advantage of the docking station. Hope that helps! You can have up to 4 screens with the pluggable (Surface + 2 from the docking station + one from the mini Displayport).

Hey Sean So i have owned my Surface 3 for about a month now and every couple weeks the sound in both the Speakers and Headphone jack decides to go out, and I will be forced to refresh/restore the device and it's settings, which will fix the issue for a few weeks I was wondering if there was any way you knew how to fix this or if maybe i just need to get mine replaced
