I use both brands! When you really are in the trades you have to work with any tool that makes the job easy for you! it doesn't matter to wish brand belongs we don't have enough time for bullshit! This is what I use everyday: From Dewalt: Impact Driver 887, XR drill 791 and 998, 20v miter saw, XR oscillating tool, XR Screw gun, XR Orbital sander, chipping hammer, Brushless 6 1/2 circular saw and the 4 1/2 circular saw, 2 XR Grinders, XR impact wrench, XR Die grinder, the little one hand sawzall and a 10 inch table saw. From Milwaukee: M12 impact driver fuel and hammer drill, M12 fuel Multi tool, M12 Angle die grinder, M12 angle impact driver, M12 Mechanic ratchet and stubby wrench, M12 caulk gun, M12 rivet gun and a M12 cellphone charger. I have the Powerful M18 hackzall fuel to help the little yellow guy, A M18 metal circular saw, An impact driver to help the 887, Hammer drill fuel, the M18 brad nailer fuel M18 compact router fuel and of course, the packout system. Besides also use some Makitas, ryobis and even some electrical Bauers from HB.

This bag is perfect to the electrical trade/work flow. All pliers, strippers, cutters, drivers, held upright and within quick reach.

I also have a full line of yellow tools stuffed into red packouts and growing. My last customer made a comment that I was so organized. YES!!!! Im a Tile setter BTW. Seen a few of your videos now. Guess Ill subscribe :) Im now thinking a bag would be useful for my tile levelling clip system. Im currently using the packaging they are sold in which are basically "tupperware" style containers with lids of course. I find its to much to search for and move around 2 containers of clips and wedges, clip tool, rubber mallet ect.

Hi Brad, As I mention I use both brand. If you get a chance try out the milwaukee m18 surge. Man, that impact is very quiet when working indoors. Especially when installing cabinets. Give it time, milwaukee will make a tall packout soft tote. Hopefully they're watching your videos for some input. Thanks for the video

It’s definitely a handy bag. It’s become my glue bag. 2p10, crazy glue, wood glue , wood filler. Handy when I’m doing finishing work.

A simple design change would make this bag so much better, adding the boxes onto it the shoulder strap is the wrong way round. Also using the bag on its own be careful with the locking bit as it can catch on things and fall off. Other issues is the pockets inside is not really fit for purpose, they sort of have 3 pockets sown together so tools don't sit flat. Hard to explain that last bit until you put tools into it.

My brother is friends with a Dewalt rep and they're coming out with a whole lot more stuff for the 2.0 and I got to see some of the stuff and it's going to blow Milwaukee away

The problem is they have (had) multiple systems. The Pro boxes, the T stack (Versastack), Tough 1, now Tough 2. Plus the points of contact with regards to the interlock of the units (only 2). Don't get me wrong, I'm a Dewalt fanboy, but when I saw the Packout system I was blown away.

I bought the toughsystem 2.0. 3 days it lasted... 2 of my 3 boxes the hinges broke.

Do you double up on the same tools so each bag has a certain too,l or do you take tools out of one bag and put it the other bag? I ask because a small bag looks great but it limits the project.

I do double up on some stuff, but i try to have my main bags or packouts with my everyday stuff, and specialty bags like my glue bag or maybe a electrical bag might have some of the same tools in them. that way if i just grab the one special bag, i will have what i need.

I’ve got this tote, it’s not the best, pockets aren’t very good, the handle is floppy, also the outside pockets aren’t big enough fir anything other than really small items, the centre divider, when used is not very solid so moves about! I just brought the 40cm one with the fixed handle and it’s a million times better IMO! The small bag has one good thing going for it and that’s it’s size, good fir small grab and go type jobs, nothing else!

@@GueroPalma420 I brought my small one about a year ago, since then I’ve brought 2 of the 40cm ones and use them all the time, ones got my go to day to day tools in M12 drill, Driver etc. The other one has my plumbing and electrical stuff in so I can grab and depending on the type of job I’m on. I’m a maintenance guy for a big transport company so have to be ready for most scenarios at the drop of a hat so Totes are great. I utilise the Packout system and My tools are 99% Milwaukee so it works well. 👍🎄

It would be so much more awesome if it was it actually useful such as carrying all the basic tools properly which means I would have to be able to fit both of my drills and it along with pliers and other such things and everything would be quick and easy to grab and unfortunately I've got too many bags at half the price of this one that don't have this functionality which means I'm not dumb enough to overpay for this
