I love the versatility but find one thing I'm concerned about with all these smartphone and tiny drone like cameras , is the footage over sharpened? If yes, is there picture profile that can be adjusted to soften the IQ like in Sony cameras. . Thanks.

This thing is so popular that until now, it’s almost impossible to find it ready stock. I was lucky to find one only a couple of months after it was released and been using it heavily for our daily activities and family vacations, just like when I was using camcorder back then.

If you can afford to wait, wait. But it did take a very long time for DJI to go from OP2 to OP3. I want to remain optimistic they will speed things up since the OP3 is so popular!

Great 1 year! When you are traveling and often can’t plan out your shots ahead, do you still use ND filters or do you just keep it at auto?

The better ND filters are thin enough to let the camera return to it's "closed" position when you turn if off. There's no reason not to stick an ND32 on the camera and leave it there, when you're shooting outdoors.

I like to keep the lowest ND on simply because of the flickering I would get from light sources. Aside from that, I don't fuss with the settings too much.

My only issue with it is it's DLog M.. I mean if Apple is able to have a proper Log, why can't the OP3 can't have it with it's 1 inch sensor 🤷🏻‍♂️

There is a lens attachment that increases the focal length which is NUTS! I haven't gotten a chance to check it out since I supplement footage from my bigger cameras. It's just crazy how good the OP3 can match bigger setups!

How else saw the spanking? Lol. That’s an excellent camera. I have the OA4 and Insta360 x4 but the DJI OP 3 it’s in another level of video quality.
