TLDR…. Alex bought a phone he knew wasn’t much of an upgrade; forgot to use a button that the new phone added, can’t figure out how to do cloud back ups or how to use the new AI features already available in the UK. He then had a hardware screen issue fault that millions of other people haven’t got, and rather than get it fixed or replaced; returned it for a refund

In the last two years, I watch Alex not for tech content. There are better channels. I watch him for the show he puts on for thinking of me as just a dumb consumer who is not noticing the absurdity of his paradoxical statements about his life vs reality. Hilarious.

Seems like a hardware issue which is to be addresses for free under warranty. And you are in the UK, you have the AI features, albeit later than the US had, but YOU HAVE THEM, why rant now that you didn’t a bit earlier but have had them for over a month now in actuality Also I have to point this out: tech channel owner who does not use backups? I’m not saying the iPhone 16 was a hit. I’m saying that you’re describing non-existent or rare hardware issues which could happen on any product, or ranting about very specific and irrelevant-at-large things, or things that have been fixed already. It’s a very dodgy and vague video.

i upgraded from the 12 pro max to the 15 pro max last year in june the cameras are amazing like the design better as it goes back to the five i was never keen on the notch on the older models

My upgrade year is this year so I was gonna try a pro iPhone for the first time ,but I keep hearing Mega things about the SE4 which is coming soon so will wait and see,was hoping to get my hands on the M4 iPad Pro this year also,cheers fella 👍

i dont believe you lost everything, you can plug it into a pc and back it up or wait till the screen turns back to normal and quickly upload everything to online cloud storage, also find it weird you didnt include you returning it or using apple care to get it fixed or replaced....

Um, how on earth didn't you have 'all yourr memories and pictures' not backed up on icloud automatically? You use a 15 pro max yet you didn't sync to icloud regularly? Lol. Also every AI feature promised is now live in the UK. Phones will always have some technical hardware issues, the screen is one such thing, shit happens. Complaining that it happens really is quite childish. This video comes across as you just shitting on the new model and shows you don't even know how to back up your phone to icloud.

I have used a pro max since out mainly video and travelled around 20k miles in some rough weather - his screen problem goes away when he walks into the store and they swap his phone - but happy customers doesnt make good yoytube content

I have been using an Android phone still work today as for many years now, a Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, since 2022. I charged my UK mobile service provider to EE to giffgaff as it is better for me and the uni student plan. I have an M1 Mac Mini, an iPad Pro 2018 with pencil 2nd generation recently my birthday present last month ago, and an old MacBook Pro 2015 still today. I have third-party app notifications from my phone to my Mac. I never have an iphone before or a high end phone.
