Thanks for being honest with your reasons, you're definitely doing the best thing in prioritizing the house purchase. I unfortunately had to sell my FK8 to have enough for the house deposit. Last year I purchased the house and am very happy with how it's appreciated in value. I'm now looking for an investment property and I've also purchased another FK8 🤣 Fun can always come later - establishing yourself comes first. Good luck with it all 🙂

Hey chap! I have a question, I have a Honda Odyssey RB1 Type M 2004, it’s the very basic model, it has a k24a2 engine, makes a weird noise, but apart from that, would you recommend me modifying it and of course fixing it, but should I modify it and enjoy it or should I sell it and buy myself a Honda Accord Euro 2006? So true, the market is really struggling here in Australia too. It's not performance cars, it's every car. Truly a buyers market. I think people are really hurting, high interest rates, rent, cost of living. No one really has any cash.

@@KiwiCarLife I just got out of a high k (238,00km) IS350 F Sport. Great car, but didn't suit my needs as a daily driver with my family. I can't believe you had to sell the car after all you had done to it, including a major work like swapping manual transmission...but that is a sound decision. Being happy with a 5 or 10 grand car is a good mindset to have and a lot of people around your and my age arent that. They all want the flash and luxurious car because they think they deserve it. But you summed it up so nicely about being content and happy with a 5 or 10 grand car to do things you want to do. That's a realistic mindset which a lot of people do not have.
