Hi Deepiu, I'm too a victims of false rape charge, in my case I was charged under Pocso act. The victim that was produced was my own daughter 3.5 years and allegations were made by my wife Initially I got the bail in 1 month and later hot discharged from the case after 20 months in the basis of child statement and testimony to judge, forensic and medical reports. It's been around 30 months the case is over but I am still not allow to see or talk to my daughter. Plese help me with your email so I can share the current status about the child case which was sent to CWC. Thanks

Its funny how our society ignores these important issues.. i was chatting with one guy and this issue (498A, false rape etc.) came up, he just casually dismissed it saying the misuse has stopped significantly, very very few girls are filing such cases 😂 he went on to say the same about corruption 😅 I think we have lost power to think rationally. On the other note, i want to request Deepika ji to make some videos interviewing experts in this field and clear some misconceptions among people
