So relatable, I’ve lost 180 lbs and feel worse than ever.. all my insecurities and traumas have resurfaced and confidence and self worth and self love have reached an all time low. I think it’s because I don’t have the fat excuse anymore. If people don’t like me now, they really don’t like me. I can’t believe that people would like me if I lost the weight anymore… so now I’m finding more and more flaws in both my looks and personality.. I also look for secret insults in compliments or think that people try to avoid me because I’m disgusting. That makes me avoid social settings and contact with people and I’ve become a recluse. A prisoner in my own home. Ive lost my fat prison, but in the process created a much larger prison for myself!!

I could not believe that someone actually took the time to make a video about your relationship, and what he thinks the real truth is. I, of course, left an appropriate kind of “how dare you” comment, and I wish I could remember exactly what I said because it was really good (if I do say so myself!! My husband was always good with his niece and nephews and even when we would go out and about, little children would seek him out.
