IDK how you do it driving so far. I have a 10 mile service area because I could have done another job in that 45 minute trip each way and no customer wants to pay double.

@@DanielDroegeShow I live in ga and this is very normal driving distance, if I do 10 mile I may stay without job half day

@@Matthewjo22 I see. I am just outside of st. loius county, so I get mostly suburb, apartment and county calls. I hope you are compensated fairly for the gas. I imagine you have to hammer down those appointments too so you don't waste a trip or get the wrong part.

I was a Mobile Mechanic for over ten years and yes it's not easy but you can make quick fast money 💵 The hardest part is the weather and getting parts. So yeah I understand your point 👉 👍

yeah mobile has it is own problems but i was happy and i made a lot of money

Good for you men I'm in the same boat I did open my mobile business early this year and I'm still learning a lot running this business while I still have my full time work, thanks for sharing I had chatted with before when I was just still planning this business your one of the guy that inspired me to doing this, thanks for sharing this.

@@michaelbuenvenida8473 keep going man, there are a lot of opurtunity in this field still untouched, people are getting lazy and they don’t want work hard and if you do hard work you will be amazed how amazing this field is God bless

Congrats brother ! Thanks for sharing your experience . I also think that too many bays are not the best option and 1 or 2 bays are the best. Less headaches always busy and less people to manage. More freedom. How much do you pay on your part ?

I don’t know how much you lease but that property in L.A. for sure will be not less than $25K a month now including utilities or anything else. Good luck hope you be happy with new place. $.$$$.$$$.$$$

land for shop is not easy to buy, normally they want 20percent down and shop it self require lot of money, it is better to start rental and then we i have fully funded i will, this is the plan after 5 years

@@Matthewjo22 Most ppl that I know never got out of rental shops. My advice is stay mobile grind it out to come up with down for land I think you can get in with 10k at least and the building can be built with about 50k. You add on to is as you go but at least you don't have that rent every month.

I definitely hear you on "Burnout" I haven't had holidays sence 2019 and I don't even own the company /shop because I worry what I'm going to come back to. 90 % of my work I do myself. No one else is going to do it so I know that it's going to pile up. Anyway I'm so enjoying your content. You tell it what it is. Straight up no bullshit no sugar coating. Exactly I don’t do mechanic work for a living and I’m always getting tools cause I work on my own cars.. just got some koken socksts to replace old craftsman
