Why I quit drinking alcohol

Hi! I hope someone out there found this video helpful! I would say sorry for the different content, but it seems that NONE of my videos are the same content and I just like to ramble apparently.
I know a lot of sobriety content is from people who had issues with alcohol so thought it would be interesting to share a different perspective from that.

It would be interesting to hear how your experience has been mentally through not drinking. In the last seven months I've had a two sips of alcohol and then one night where I did drink (a work related fumble), but I'm staying on the sober path. Even before that I was kind of similar not drinking that much because I didn't like how it made me feel but would do it when I was out with people. The way going sober changes your mentality changes through the longer you go not drinking or new routines or how respond to thoughts or self-doubt, or even realising oh maybe the alcohol was just masking something that's still a problem .. I dunno that sounds super personal so understandable if you wouldn't wanna do that, I guess I'm just interested in how people similarly experience a shift in their life like this.Anyway, wishing all the best
