Yes, for the last four weeks I quit my channel entirely, which is the longest I've gone without posting since January 1st, 2020. I really appreciate your vulnerability cause the the aesthetic of "getting my life together" isn't always a real depiction of what's going on behind the camera. I'm definitely not saying that I don't like watching productive vlogs but the life is a mix of experiences and struggling is lowkey not talked about too much. I just wanted to say I appreciate your honesty

I had a friend say to me "I should just be a KZbinr, my job is too stressful". I'm like, well then you really shouldn't consider being a KZbinr. It may not look stressful from the outside, but producing content day in and day out is extremely draining. It can be soul-sucking spending 20+ hours creating a video and have it get less than 100 views. But on the other hand, putting value out into the world and having people genuinely benefit from your content is incredibly rewarding.

(Sorry, delayed comment b/c the KZbin algorithm stopped showing me your videos for some reason) I went through a huge crisis a few years back because I was torn between wanting to get monetized and wanting to do the videos I do so well. I'm very aware that the videos I want to make are the type that people search for when they're stuck on homework, not ones they watch for fun, so they don't subscribe as a result. Finally decided I would just do the videos I wanted, damn the money. Never been monetized, but it's very satisfying to get comments like "This video really saved my a**"

53k is a moderately large amount of subscribers, yet it's such a tight-knit supportive community (and it shows in the comments section of every video). No worries, you do what you gotta do, but for the record, it is more likely to be an algorithm thing than "bad content" thing when a video's performance is suboptimal, so don't take it personally!! Good luck in your ventures and we look forward to hearing from you again

Nice video! I think it's awful how you say you spend hours on a video and only get $40. I wish you had so many more viewers and subscribers as well. I wish I could help but I'm poor and broke. Burnout and self identity are super tough to deal with, having dealt with it in my work personally and social life, there are many factors that you have to handle. I hope that you can find that passion again and really start to enjoy the videos you create! Finding the thing that makes you most motivated and creating content on that may help, even if it is a day in the life of personal training clients, if you are passionate about it then nothing else should matter.

Okay, first of all don't QUIT KZbin why? Because KZbin is like one of the amazing sources that has made a lot of people know, trust and allowed you to grow your brand as Macy Savannah. I would advise in my own opinion for you to reduce your frequency of posting on KZbin and try to get help with a video editor that maybe edits your video once a week that will be fine. The reason why I'm saying this is because you two can drive a lot of traffic no matter how small you can continue making money on your other businesses. I really think one of the reasons why your other usinesses are going well is because people know you from your KZbin, and they trust you. So in my own opinion, which doesn't really matter. I would advise you try to still keep up the KZbin even though it's might be a hassle because it can be an amazing source of recognition for more clients, more more collaborations and a lot more crazy things that might happen in the future (this is just my opinion). You don't have to take it. It's just the way I see it. I am honestly sorry about the burnout, and you should take a much needed break, but I am sure KZbin is great for your brand and your other ventures. Wish you the best Macy.

Honestly I’m kind of confused why you’re stressing about KZbin or personal training when you said per video and per session you’re making $40…. When your fiancé makes more then 2 million dollars a year? What’s going to happen when you get married and have children? Are you going to be a stay at home mom or will you still have to work?
