This week, I tried to meditate when I woke up and before I went to bed to see if it would help my mental health. Little did I know this week would take a turn for the worst. Did the meditation actually help me?
For further clarification, this worked for me. It does not mean you should change your mental health treatment because it worked for me. Meditation is a supplemental mental health treatment. Please talk to your doctors/medical team because I am not a professional nor am I giving mental health advice.
