Why I Quit Therapy

If I had it to do over again, I would have stopped going to therapy long before I did. Most people who I talked to agree with me. I was actually in disbelief because I thought people were systematically controlled and they believed everything that was shoved at them. I go into a little detail about why therapy didn't help me.
