Zack I doubt you’ll read this, but I need to warn you about making a business with your friends. Have very clear contracts laid out, have a very clear % on ownership and money distribution, do not rely on your friends word or handshake deals. Many many young people that start orgs with their friends burn and crumble because of internal conflicts when it comes to money. You are still friends, but be clear on your ownership and roles so they don’t become your ex friends. You are not making contracts because you don’t trust your friends. You are making contracts because you can’t trust money, and you want to keep your friends.

This. I want you to know that running Org is not as much from running a guild so make sure the executor of the org is ruthless whenever it comes to friends or foes. Be clear of your intentions and ownerships, few thousands dollars won't corrupt people, but when it comes to hundred thousands dollars, some will start to fall apart.

There will be very high highs and low lows like in any business, but I hope you'll manage. If I can give you some personal advice... Try not to let the business come in between your personal relationships, especially when doing this with friends and have everything like responsibility, vesting, equity and so on set up in advance so there aren't any misunderstandings down the line. Its a company that works halfway like an agency, half way as a sponsor/content producer. They can sponsor esport teams, create competitions and sign new talent to the brand. They get a cut of all of it of course. They will also produce Brand content like OTK podcast etc.

Not necessarily your first turn, it could be a Specific combo you set up for where you kill them in one turn.
