I quit this year too! I used to smoke weed for my anxiety but then smoking becomes the reason of my anxiety haha. and I can say the same with dreams! I'm starting to remember again my dreams that helps a lot to know ourselves. Grande chef 💪🙌

Yes the weed anxiety cycle is one very easy to get caught in! So glad you came out of it! Good job!! ❤️

Great! I had a similar experience around the age of 22 when I stopped smoking marijuana because I'm predisposed to schizophrenia and it was driving me crazy. It's been 6 years since I quit smoking, but the point is, if you have certain thoughts while you're high and you're high every day, those thoughts will become your reality. Thoughts that come from your non-sober mind have made me feel dissociated in the long run. As for creativity, I can recreate that mood while running without headphones or driving in my car or constantly changing places to go out or meet people instead of staying in the same place. The only problem ive had after quitting is that after all these years of loneliness and isolation my dreams are now haunting me every night. Every dream i have has a theme of isolation or im doing really messed up stuff like cutting up bodies and eating kids like wtf
@chefonajourney6 ай бұрын
Dreams can be quite disturbing but they connect us with our subconscious mind, you could look into their meaning to find out what’s beneath, most the times is really positive ❤️
