Bro forgot the most important part of why people use Badlion in the first place: Raw Input.

Lunar does not have Raw Mouse Input on , and it causes a rough mouse senstivity on all server , whereas badlion has raw mouse input, if lunar brings raw mouse input , it will be the best client........

fun fact: if you enable "always swing" in 1.7 animations settings on Badlion it will actually bring back 1.7 hit reg so you don't need 1.7 on Badlion

I totally agree with your points on Lunar Client being especially clean in the newer versions of Minecraft. It is SO clean and this new mod-loading thing is insane. This is why I use badlion for 1.8 and lunar for newer versions. I am also thinking about switching back to lunar though since for some reason my sword doesn't render fully on badlion... not a huge deal its a small minute detail that some of the pixels of the swords in my game are missing. I tried almost EVERY client, and I am a all around player, playing bedwars, skyblock, 1.20, and some SMP's. Badlion focuses on Hypixel Skyblock a lot more than other clients, but has atrocious support for 1.20 or their user interface. Feather is my 2nd pick, because it is very similar to Lunar, and gives custom mods, which is a strong need. However, no one gives fps boosts like Lunar does, which is why-IMO, Lunar will be the agreed upon #1 client after they add Mod loading (and some hypixel skyblock support)

Hey TD, I agree with your points about Lunar Client. It's a nice client having pretty much all the best features. But as a 1.20 player with a low-end computer, I really need a client which has the ability so that I can add my own custom mods. This is the reason why I use Feather Client. But if Lunar adds this feature, I'm definitely switching back.

I can understand that with the listening versions, also with the 1.7 support. But in my opinion, the shop design at Badlion is much clearer, as you can also filter by capes etc. for the partners. I also think that the Luanr mod menu is very small and doesn't seem as clear to me as Badlion. I also have to agree with you that Luanr cosmetics fit Minecraft much better. There are really a lot of cosmetics (especially the wings) that don't look like Minecraft

If you still see this the reason the hit reg is worse now is because it’s not forcing people to use admin to run it anymore. Running lunar or Badlion as admin should make hit reg better

though I admit Lunar has been working hard on their client, and what all points you've mentioned about Lunar being significantly better in the client-developing game, I still have to say that Badlion is best for low-end computers such as mine; since it doesn't really have a clean interface (not as clean as Lunar's which lags people out sometimes) and the optimizations are on point. of course, if we take into account high-end computers, then Lunar has a slightly sharper edge.

The main resson i use lunar is bc it has better hitreg (for me btw) since i dont get hit delay on 300-400 ms on serverrs like esta or na minemen. Lunar also has a setting where you can change the lunar client logo (in GUI's only) and i think that makes it look better. Lunar also has free cosmetics on store more often. Also 1 more thing. Lunar doesn't have raw input and that makes it better fot me since i use 600 dpi w/ 76 ingame sens and with raw input it messes it up.

I want to use a client like Lunar, but I love more vanilla experiences. I use Forge for that reason- no cosmetics, no custom menus with blur and stuff, just Minecraft with the quality of life features it needs. I wish there was a client like that. (CheatBreaker is the closest thing I've found, and it killed one of my winstreaks by opening April Fools' jokes in my browser lol. sticking with Forge)

r u using a polling rate higher than 500? because minecraft has a problem with polling rate higher than 500 on ur mouse. u have to change ur mouse's polling rate in ur mouse software to less than or equal to 500. hope that helps!

Dario I know lunar is VERY cool and I do use it for 1.8 PvP i use feather client for 1.20 the MOD menu in the launcher itself adds a whole other level to Minecraft all I’m saying is try feather client for 1.20 I KNOW you will love it for newer versions of mc it’s not great for old versions but it is very optimized and clean for new versions if you haven’t tried it in the past year all I ask is PLEASE do 😅😅😅 oh and great job with the vid man it was a big WWW one of your best

Lunar, although it supports the possibility of adding mods, is still not the same as Feather offers. Lunar is a huge mess when it comes to adding mods. I try to load a mod that is compatible with Sodium, Lunar crashes. When I used Feather back in the day, there were only two optimization mods unrelated to Sodium, and you had to download the rest yourself and when you did everything it worked I didn't have to mess around with anything, unlike on Lunar, when after adding one mod the game wouldn't even start. Now I only use Fabric for Vanilla-like/Optimization mods that only change the visuals, not things, and no Client will stop me.

Lunar client is a very good client, which has a lot of custom mods, and they are really needed, and is optimized for the game, but Badlion is just a client with mods that can both interfere and help.

Hits on both clients are identical,(unless ofcourse the lunar fix added reach hack built into the client) so this cannot be a valid issue. The Hitdealy you mentioned might filter out 1/3 million hits, but I don't see how that makes a significant difference between 1.7 and 1.8.

I have no Idea why but whenever I use lunar, turning on background apps causing lunar to become choppy and it all fixes as I turn them off. Because of this I literally can't record.

It depends on your specs, there's stuff on Badlion client that doesn't actually work because it isn't supported by what ever specs you're using, where lunar gives good fps on any spec or even more than badlion, it just depends on what you have

I recently switched to badlion as my frames where much higher. I was getting 1.3k fps on badlion and 850 fps on lunar. This is due to me having actually decent settings on badlion because of the mod profiles. But lunar on the other hand is just a pain to put mod profiles in so I didn't even try. Any thoughts?

Lunar doesn’t have raw mouse input on by default, so that’s what causes rough sensitivity on lunar whereas badlion has it on by default, causing smoother sensitivity

the main reason I switced to BLC is that for some reason I get higher fps on blc than lunar. The way I testeded it would be using Bedlessnoob's lunar profile and then replicate it on badlion. On lunar its like I the client has a tough time loading all the mods bedless uses(expluding preformance and general etc.) the fps I get when I loading is 1-20 and then abit later 70-80. Some how on BLC I get 200-300 FPS which is wild I hope lunar takes this feedback and make the client more optimised.

Lunar client is cleaner because it has HUD Caching which makes it feel much cleaner. Badlion should add Hud Caching

for this i agree but for crystal pvp type things feather,badlion and others are much better. Lunar is on top when it comes to bedwars pvp (1.8.9 sword pvp) feather is really nice tho when it comes to mods u can place anything but so it dosent let anything suspicious in their mod menu i think feather can optimize the crystals faster,cleaner and easier to use then other clients.
