i got a hybrid job where no one comes into the office. i can resonate with this because i slipped into a depressed state being isolated working remote. I make it a priority to gym in the morning and drive to the office no matter if im the only one there.

I have worked remotely since May of this year, and it was also my first internship (for computer science). Have had issues missing meetings and want to do better. I feel like it is harder to commit yourself 100% to the cause when you have never met them in real life. Remote work is a double-edged sword.
