Wow. I love watching your GS videos, but randomly relatable, I really feel your story. I had a similar issue where I started with some chest pain and ignored it. I then got heart palpitations which eventually got diagnosed as PVCs. It was really bad; near constant palpitations for 30+ minutes at a time. They think it may be stress because sometimes it randomly comes and goes. It is really scary and truly hard to describe how it feels to other people. I'm extremely happy you were able to figure out the cause and resolve your symptoms. I've never heard something so relatable when you said you were also desperate enough to pay like $10k for a cure 😂. I will have to look into your solution; did you just start to notice your shoulders tensing and try to relax them? Love the GS content, keep it up! Stay safe man.

Ahhh not medical advice by any means. I didn’t get too much into detail in the vid. But the issue for me was in my neck. Relaxing my traps/shoulders as much as I can. Not letting my shoulders rise while working on the computer or driving. Also check for imbalances, I would drive with my left hand a lot and raise my shoulder when doing so. My back muscles on my left side are way more developed. Also wall angels (look it up) helps me a lot. if I slack on my walk angels I actually get some symptoms back lol. improving your posture but in a very relaxed way. Don’t force it too hard. Again not saying this is your issue but when I was going through it, never found anyone who had my issue. I wish you the best man 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I know what it feels like, wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

Another banger from Eddie GS350. I used to work as a valet in a dealership so I got to drive many IS 350’s and I have to say they have a certain nimbleness/fun quality there that is hard to replicate in the GS. Although the GS is quite fun ultimately in its own way. If the IS was bigger I’d be owning one, but I guess I’m describing the GS 😂 the IS for me is indeed very small and no one could sit behind me in the back, so very coupe like almost.

Ahhh yeah. 😭😭 they are super rare but the 2nd GS 350 f sport was another beast. The gearing is also way better than the GS. Thank you for watching man. It means a lot!!!

I’m planing on keeping my GS350 for over 10 years like I did with my previous vehicle that was 2003 BMW 530i that I sold last year. Great video and informative as well for someone dealing with similar health problems. Glad you are doing well Eddie 🙏

@@EddieGS350great video…what about the Acura TLX type S? That’s an awesome car…drove one the other day…I was extremely impressed.

Ahhh I was actually looking at them too. The 10 speed in those cars are years ahead what the GS. It was out of my price range 😭

Glad you found what made you feel better. What do you think of the IS500? I want to replace my GS350 in about a year and was comparing the LC500, Audi RS3, RC-F, and IS500. Maybe an Integre Type S.

Ahhhh bro. I was waiting for your comment! I had the Integra for a bit but I missed my Lexus so much. Sold the integra and never looked back. I really want to get an IS500! We can match. 😁

@@EddieGS350 an IS500 would be nice! If only the RC-F and IS500 had the 10 speed transmission from the LC500 to though. I want to see what the plans are for the 2025 redesigned RC.

Thank you for your story brother since the pandemic I have been struggling with the same symptoms that you have. It’s been for long 4 years were one of those years was a very dark time in my life where I would call my girlfriend at three in the morning waking up from my sleep with a panic attack, because my heart would start racing and I thought I was having a heart attack. I am trying to be healthier to get these symptoms under control because I am still feeling them from time to time, but now that you shared that you found out it was a pinched nerve, going to look further into getting that taken care of was there anything that you did for the pinched nerve to completely make it go away because even as I write this, my heart muscles are tense.
@EddieGS3504 ай бұрын
Ahh check out my other reply on a comment as well. Not medical advice or am I a medical professional but it is what worked for me. Make sure you aren't tensing any muscles. Like when I would be stressed from having the pain and heart palps, I'd tense up my chest, stomach or especially traps. So really try to relax the best that you can. 2nd is that it isn't like I would relax and my pain would disappear. The nerve would still be inflamed for sometimes days or close to a week. That's why I couldn't figure out the issue for so long, you have to really spend a couple of days relaxing/not tensing up to see some relief. Finally wall angels (look it up) help me a lot. Stretching would help here and there but sometimes it would make me worse. Relaxing everything as much as I can helped me the most. Hopefully this helps you out bro! Really hoping for the best.

Anyone ever check you for costochondritis? It's something i've been dealing with for a while myself, and when it was on my left side I also freaked out thinking it was heart related.

Just watched to the end of the video to see the pinched nerve outcome. Now I'm wondering if I have one. I always raise one shoulder haha.

Damn hopefully. I actually do get costochronditis here and there. So it could be related but with Costo I feel the pain when I press on my chest. This pain I never felt it. Hopefully it helps you too!!!
