hey I got my airpods pros 2nd to I don't regret it once bit but one thing i cant do with mine is ping the case it keeps trying to pair the airpods it self not the case when trying to ping how do you get your airpods pros 2nd gen to ping the case is it a phone issue I have an iphone 11

Glad to hear you enjoy it. I’m sure you’ve tried to pair it again to your phone and check your software updates on the AirPods. If you have a family or friend try pairing it to their phone and see if you can ping it. That way you can see if it’s your phone or AirPods with the issue

@@StraightforwardTech I updated everything and got a family phone to try to ping the case but it like it disconnects when closing the case so it won’t let me ping it it just try’s to paid to the AirPods it delf
