I think there is some errors in the video. ARF for a vehicle with OMV < $20k is 100%, not 20%. The calculation is correct but video explanation is wrong.

Toyota doesn't sell the Vios in North America because it is too crappy for anyone to buy. The Vios is designed specifically to be sold in the 3rd world like Africa and SE Asia.

Singapore is god dam amazing for any normal person. This is also why it's great to drive in Singapore, and the roads aren't clogged, if you really love cars. I hope ppl who need a car for genuine work purposes like tradies get it cheap though. For a normal person, getting to work or shopping is easy, relaxed and cheap. Housing is cheap. If you have never lived in a well designed city like Singapore or Netherlands or Switzerland then you don't know what it is like. suggest

@@zepp3lin If you are using terms in the historically correct way, then "Communist" means having already arrived at a wondeful economic state that serves all of working society. I dont think that is what you meant. The car solution in Singpore is simply Public Interest - given how much extra space each car takes up in a city (a few extra car spaces for each destination), extra roads (that clog up in a city no matter how many with induced demand) and much larger expenses (roads are most expensive way to transport people unless very low density per squ km).
