I'm fortunate to have found your products at the store tonight in Central Coast Oregon! I didn't realize how exclusive you are, I feel like I'm in on a secret 😊

Leigh-Anne, GREAT job on speaking fluently and being well versed on this subject. Yes, you are a MS, RD but it takes special skills to speak on camera (in one take) and without a prompter (didn't see your eyes moving like a prompter read.) Fantastic job on explaining the A1 and A2 differences. We big fans of Alexandre Family Farm dairy with their transparency in farming, humane treatment of their cows and producing exceedingly great quality products, made with love! And speaking of love, we're especially loving the whole fat Regenerative Organic Probiotic Kefir. Just bought six at market!

I love all of your Grass-Fed products. I've been drinking a bottle of the green kefir with both lunch and dinner for a long time. Stuff is so good. Thank you for putting out good kefir!!!

As I’m watching this video I said out loud “maybe I should visit the farm”. I desperately need more hands in experience to offset all my reading Oh please 😢 I’ll sleep in the barn

Your Lego example comparing Milk proteins, is exactly what I am looking for concerning baking proteins. Can you do this identical format presentation comparing Red Durham (white flour), Einkorn, and Rye? Also, for the nutritional science of it, do a presentation about grains that are truly organic compared to anything but organic and how that affects the human quality of life. I could see your channel growing with no nonsense food chemistry subjects illustrating the mixing (i.e. basic bread recipes) of these quality products verses the less than good quality additives. The eating public needs this info to be available from one respectable source. Are you that one?

I stopped drinking milk because of the caseine 1 that is very inflamatory and because I'm intolerant. Is it safe to start to drink milk A2?
