5:52 that is a sorcery which is being cast by another player, theyre in coop xD 8:15 I believe they do it because theyre always aiming for an MVP (Minimum viable product), which combined with the development pipeline, changes in technology and all, it ends up being a barely functional product. Besides that, the meaning of 'viable' seems to recently be more about the producer than the final consumer. 16:40 This is so true xD On the topic of having allies, the mimic tear is a good example that allow for crazy fun builds. I plan to do a 'Crucible duo' build, full crucible theme, each with own armor and weapon. 26:15 I do agree. I think it would be good if it was some item like a 'tarnished notes', which would display texts describing the location and the quote of your last interaction with some npcs.

Your Elden Ring playthrough was legitimately one of my favorite game playthrough streams to watch. So many memorable and funny moments. Can't wait until you get to the DLC, it is really really good. Congrats again on beating base game, here's to your return and Haligtree + DLC!

Congrats on beating the game Namu. Wasn’t able to watch the stream when it happened, but can’t wait for you to fight the rest of the game once you’re able to stream again. Also don’t be too scared over DS1. It was my second FromSoft game ever and I played it last year. There was only one bad run back, and that was Bed of Chaos which Act Man rightfully called out. The other areas you just have to be mindful to not use up too much health and you’ll get it through it no problem.

The KZbinr FatBrett has some great videos about Elden Ring. Their part of his "Deconstruction of Villainy" series. But be careful, there are ones from the DLC amongst them.

First of all congratulations on beating Elden Ring looking forward to the rest of the vods on KZbin, incase you missed it with the release of the dlc they added a recent tab where you can see new items you picked up, you can enable it in the settings its just a very good qol update. I think the best way to handle quests would be like Varre's quest where before he leaves he drops notes on the ground explaining where to find him also there are some very good npc quests in the dlc that can be easily missed/skipped not sure if you want to but there are tons of articles that explain the quest steps without spoiling anything else. Looking forward to the Haligtree and Elden Ring lore reactions.

As someone who has recently beaten the first Dark Soul, which was my first Fromsoft game, there's nothing to really fear. The game can at times feel awkward and at one point unfinished. However, the overall experience is very good. I have started playing Dark Souls 3 and I can safely say that the first game is quite a lot easier. Since you've beaten Elden Ring you shouldn't have too much trouble with the other games.

@@Dan_Kanerva I genuinely had more trouble with the two Gargs than with O & S. Gs took me like 25 tries while those two goobers were half that. Not to mention, you can make the fight so much easier by targeting O first. Funnily enough, these were the only two boss fights in the game I genuinely struggled with. The closest to these two fights, in the amount of tries it took, would be the bed.

i had a much harder time with ds1 than any other souls game due to the ancient control system, im not saying its the game's fault but it took me sooo damn long to get the controls down after playing games like ds3 and elden ring because of how different they were

Oh man she does not know the toxicity of the Paper Mario community lmao. But yes the general consensus is that the quality of the paper Mario games have declined over the years. TTYD is often seen as peak though.
