20:11 Since you don’t know, that is Timothy Treadwell and his girlfriend, and he was known as The Grizzly Man. Long story short, he was a failing actor who found a new passion in life by going to a bear sanctuary for many years. He was so passionate about his new life that he started to document his life with bears for others to see someday, but, BIG problem, he was NOT a bear expert (or an expert on any animal for that matter) and didn’t truly understand how bears behave in the wild. As a result, in early October, 2003, a starving brown bear killed and ate Tim and his girlfriend while they were camping at night. Timothy’s camera recorded the audio of the attack (there’s no footage), and his ex girlfriend still holds the tape of that attack. The audio has never been released, and some believe the tape has been destroyed all together. In 2005, a documentary about Timothy and the attack was made which showcased the footage he had recorded while out and about with the grizzlies. The film is called The Grizzly Man if you want to see it.

If I remember correctly someone tried to approximate it and that’s online. Incredibly disturbing but also kinda cool we can formulate that

@@EtsuNamuPLUS also, the director of the documentary heard the audio of the atack to make the documentary and told them to destroy it as no one should ever listen to it.

I kind of assumed that "polar bears are real life monsters" was kind of a known fact nowadays
@MizterTonik9 күн бұрын
We always had our own version of monsters, we just call them apex predators.
@irystocrattakodachithatmooms14 күн бұрын
He's right, about pretty much any predator, make plenty of noise. Also move in large groups, that greatly reduces the odds of an attack. Outnumbering a predator enough makes them not like the odds they are facing. They also don't like expending a lot of effort on getting food.

What I love about Casual Geographic is his attitude about animals. Yes, they are cute, interesting, and fun to learn about, but it's still an animal. It can and might eat you, so it's best to give them space and not treat them like toys

22:40 Pretty sure Mr. Casual Geographic once stated in his videos that Polar Bear CAN EAT Berries and Fruits, I like your straightforward conclusions though :3
@loupblanc79448 күн бұрын
They are related to the brown bears so they CAN. The problem is where they live green comes by only rarely, so the polar bears evolved to be not so picky. Heck I'm sure you could drop some exotic dead animals in the pole and the bears will still eat it.
@andriekanenimvillaflor85118 күн бұрын
@@loupblanc7944 true, that's prolly why most people assume that it can only eat meat, but I think polar bears are starting to move towards eating fruits and berries more often cuz of the ice melting and the polar bear needing to relocate cuz of the food scarcity.

@@killerkraut9179 You are SEVERLY underestimating what an eagle's claws and beak can do to you. Also depending on specific species of eagle some are bigger than a medium sized dog.
