Always saw it more as a fight or flight reaction. Gon first reaction is to be standfast while Killua is to evade the threat, reaction even more logical considering his assassin training.

@@mirza5422agreed. this was proven when Gon felt HIsokas for the first time. He wanted to run. He didn't know what to do. So it cant be fight or flight because in that moment he didn't want to fight. That was a murderous aura not directed at anyone. Wing says: "killua, i am going to kill you now" directed at him
